In these Energy Chats, the School Masters and I transmit special energy for one purpose or another.
Energetic work will be carried out there.
Everything usually begins with cleansing. After cleansing, there may be healing sessions, followed by rejuvenating ones.
This is the foundation.
It will be conducted most often, because without, for example, cleansing and healing, it is generally difficult to do anything or move toward something good.
After the foundation, various Energy Chats will be held: working with the ancestral lineage, replenishing yourself with monetary energy, expanding your living space... Of course, I will place great emphasis on protection and energy protection, cleansing your apartment or house, and cutting various energy-vampire channels and attachments.
We will focus on the enlightenment of consciousness. We will also try to open the crown chakra—the sahasrara—a little. And so on.
What to do in EnergyChats:- Go to the announcement topic EnergyChats to find out when the Master will conduct an EnergyChat for you.
- On the specified day and at the specified time, go to their Chat Room (https://www.youryoga.ru/school/en/chat/) and stay in their room while receiving the Session. This will connect you to the energy transmission.
- Recommendations: Sit or lie down as is comfortable for you, without crossing your legs or arms.
- Receive the energy corresponding to the topic specified in the chat. For example, if the chat topic is "Cleansing," cleansing energy is transmitted to you. If the chat topic is "Rejuvenation," "Healing," "Abundance," etc., then those are the corresponding energies.
The ending time is approximate. As a rule, the session lasts 20 minutes after the specified chat time. But you can lie or sit for another 10 minutes if you wish.
You need to be in the chat at exactly the specified time. Even if you are 5 minutes late, you can still join the session within those 20 minutes. But not later. For example, if the chat start time is listed as 11:00, this means that The session is conducted for everyone who joins the chat at 11:00, 11:05, 11:15... You can also join in advance, for example at 10:50.
All chat participants are displayed as online on the right (if you are on a phone, you can tap the participants icon to see who is currently in the Chat Room). I can see everyone who is online in the chat. If the Master asks, you can post a plus sign in their Chat Room.
You cannot register your relatives. The work is carried out exclusively for those who are online in the chat. However, I will conduct sessions where your relatives can also benefit, provided they are at home with you. I will notify you about this in advance, since this will not apply to all sessions.
It is better if you are at home during the session. You should not receive the session in a public place (at a train station, in a store, on the subway, in a minibus, etc.), where there are many people around you. You can, for example, be in your car (of course, when it is parked). You can also be in a park.
You can use your phone. The main thing is that you are online in the Chat Room. I will see you online.

Why does purification come first in this step-by-step practice?Because before giving anything else, you need to purify yourself.
Purification from many things. From the sorcery of various people in the past. From the sorcery of someone in your family lineage. Sometimes even from the consequences of your own sorcery. Naturally, this refers to things that are already in the past.
Purification from various distortions in the mind, from impure desires, thoughts, and aspirations...
From delusions, from the consequences of mistakes...
Even from certain negative initiations from the past.
After all, initiations are often given in the Kali Yuga. And it may seem that something good begins to happen. Money may even start coming in, luck may improve, one's personal life may pick up... But these initiations were not really all that spiritual. There are those who recruit students in order to take their energy later. I call this an energy pyramid: You initiate a student, that student finds two students and initiates them... A pyramid emerges. And energy flows back from all those initiates to the initiator.
And this is where the outflow of energy begins. Dependence on new students. And on these students giving initiations to more and more new people...
All this needs to be cut off. These are harmful initiations. They do not provide a connection to cosmic energies. It is simply sustenance at other people's expense.
For example, even treatment proceeds poorly if a person has not been cleansed of all this.
What is helpful to do specifically in the context of cleansing?
When the time for the EnergoChat arrives and you decide to participate, it is helpful to do the following (during the cleansing session):
Forgive everyone who has ever offended you.
Ask everyone you have ever offended to forgive you.
That is, sit or lie down during the session and think to yourself:- I ask everyone whom I have ever offended to forgive me.
- I forgive everyone who has ever offended me.
- I free myself from any desire to use my knowledge and abilities to harm anyone, unless it is in self-defense.
- I do not cling to my past beliefs; may they leave easily.
- I release any distortions and perversions of my true self.
- I want to be what God created me to be.
