1905 , and for now the same insatiable appetite continues, while digested food should be leaving the body, but for some reason it isn't. Still, there is no heaviness or any discomfort in the intestines. Wednesday was strange overall: I thought I would die without medovik, so I baked one, but didn't touch it. Instead, I suddenly craved avocado, and ate two of them right away with a spoon and a little lemon. Then, out of nowhere, I suddenly started craving kichari, but I had no mung dal. I wasn't too lazy to go to the store. I cooked it according to a YouTube recipe, and while eating it my hands were literally shaking—I experienced such pleasure!!! Now I'm sitting here writing my reply to you, while thinking about baked potatoes with sauerkraut, which I don't have. It's only 6 a.m. here, so I'll have to wait until I can buy some. I want vinaigrette, fresh adjika, or, as a last resort, at least some local salsa—fresh, not cooked. Today is Thursday; this morning I already swallowed another avocado with a huge piece of raw, unsalted mozzarella, otherwise I wouldn't survive until the stores opened ))) We'll see how today surprises me gastronomically!

While waiting for my Family Set to arrive, I made a shortened version of “Berezit”: namely, I ground 50 g of wormwood, 50 g of cloves, and 50 g of tansy, and took one teaspoon of the mixture with water in the morning. I plan to take it twice a day, 30 minutes before meals. I’ll report on the results a little later.

They’re quite inexpensive; here, you can buy them for around 1,000 rubles. But they’re so convenient: in the morning, before eating, you step on the scales, and you can track the results online every morning!
When you do, for example, sports, every decrease in weight gives you the motivation to keep moving forward!

I can’t measure my temperature, blood pressure, or blood sugar at all—I understand myself better by how I feel and what sensations I notice. But now I’ll weigh myself at the clinic every two weeks for reporting purposes.
By the way, I read reviews specifically about weight, and several people wrote that they started feeling lighter within the first few days of taking copaiba, while this actually showed on the scales toward the end of the second bottle. After that, they eat whatever they want without gaining weight. This helped me a lot, because if I tracked my weight every morning and the needle didn’t move, I would have tossed the bottle aside and forgotten about it. This way, it’s easier for me not to wind myself up with daily expectations.

The regular Deep Blue oil has already run out; only the roller version remains.

Namaste! I finally received my family set. There was so much joyful anticipation while I was waiting for it, followed by anxiety because they couldn’t deliver it to me for several days. In the end, I went to the warehouse myself, and only thanks to Ra fields it was found by chance (a different address had been listed).
I immediately took out the lavender, sprayed it, and put a few drops on everyone’s pillows. Everyone slept peacefully. I also immediately put some undiluted oregano oil on my palm and applied it to the liver area, but I got carried away because it caused severe itching and redness. On the second day, I applied it diluted with another oil, and everything was fine. Today I finally dared to take a couple of drops of lavender in a glass of water (I really need some calm today). I added a couple of drops of tea tree to a face mask for oily, acne-prone skin, and my face looked fresher. I also gave one drop of the “Breathe” blend to a woman with lingering bronchitis to inhale. She flushed before my eyes, her eyes brightened, and she left; I don’t know what the effect was after that—perhaps one time wasn’t enough. I wonder whether the “Deep Blue” blend would help someone with restless legs syndrome? And I couldn’t find any information about pregnant women: how should they use it, and are there any restrictions?

Namaste! I also received my long-awaited family set yesterday, along with a 15 ml bottle of Slim & Sassy. I smelled everything a little, and I liked it all. I added five drops of each oil from the set to a jar of coconut oil and applied it to my stomach before bed. Maybe it was just my imagination, or maybe not, but in the morning my stomach looked smaller!!! I’m continuing to get acquainted with the oils. It’s interesting: suddenly you crave something specific, and the craving doesn’t go away until you’ve eaten your fill. Yesterday, for example, it was bell peppers and pineapples all day. My blood sugar is normal, my pancreas doesn’t hurt, and I feel light all over. And that’s despite the fact that, pardon the detail, I still haven’t had a bowel movement, and it’s already Saturday... Either my lungs are clearing, or I don’t know what exactly is happening, but I constantly have phlegm. You know how, when the flu is passing, coughing up phlegm remains as a residual symptom? My fingers have definitely become slimmer; my rings are loose and keep twisting around, so I’ve only kept my wedding band on, and even that threatens to slip off in the water. Speaking of water: I’ve started drinking it in amounts that are unusual for me, and I’ve developed an aversion to coffee, but I don’t get a headache from not having it.
