I didn’t title this topic this way without reason, because for many parents this phrase is like a guiding star.
And indeed, why bother raising your child? Give them whatever they ask for, and there will be less hassle.
Some even cite the idea that children under seven must not be forbidden from doing anything at all.
To some extent, that is exactly how it is! But let’s look at what these children grow up to become.
Let’s consider the toys they play with from childhood and the cartoons they watch.
For example, those who grew up in the USSR loved cartoons such as "Nu, pogodi!" and "Cheburashka"—a cute, big-eared creature. No one knows where he came from or who invented him, but in any case, he was very cute and kind!
The wolf from "Nu, pogodi!" certainly made his contribution to the fact that so many people in our generation smoke. But that is not nearly as frightening as what our grandchildren watch now: they play with demonic entities! And what do you think they will grow up to be? If my generation became heavy smokers, what will become of children who play with dolls from the lower world?
Let’s try to reflect on this.
