  1. This principle can be used everywhere.

I’ll explain how to use it in nutrition.

You have probably already seen so many different types of diets that it is hard to surprise you. There are countless versions on the internet.

But this principle, “PM,” is very simple. Essentially, it is synonymous with simplicity—minimization.

So, in nutrition, this principle sounds like this:

I myself always follow this principle. Just try to do the same. Yes, sometimes you can depart from it briefly. But return to it again.

It brings health.

The first phrase resonated with me: that this principle can be used everywhere. I thought about our information diet. Books and practices can also be arranged into such a “table” that you can no longer tell what exactly you are trying to learn. One teaching in the morning, another in the evening, with a dozen more videos in between. Each one seems useful on its own, but there is no time left to stay with a single thought.

I imagined a simple example: someone reads about attentive listening. They can immediately look for the next article about mindfulness. Or, in their next conversation, they can try to listen to the other person all the way through without composing their own answer in advance. Then what they have read gains a continuation beyond the screen.

I would understand minimization here as the opportunity to make room for something. There is no need to choose one book forever or give up curiosity. Just sometimes put something new aside until you have tried what you have already found. Otherwise, even spiritual seeking can easily turn into endless collecting for “later”.
