Our three-day intensive is complete. Thank you to everyone who practiced, shared their impressions, or simply read along and observed.
Before moving on to the next topic, I’d like to hear your opinion. Would you like more short intensives like this on love, your inner state, and your relationships with the world around you?
The question and answer options are shown in the image. Write the number of your chosen answer here in the thread: 1, 2, 3, or 4.
If another topic appeals to you more, write it in your reply. What would you like to explore or try in practice? Your suggestions will help me choose the direction of the next intensive.

Hello.
I choose -1.. for the reason that I have always paid, and continue to pay, attention to a person’s eyes. A long time ago, I was visiting someone. A girl came into the kitchen and read a book aloud, and her mother watched her. At that moment, I was looking at the mother, because her eyes and face had transformed completely. It was very surprising to me, because her eyes radiated so much love, tenderness, joy, and a kind of peace—and this continued for quite a long time. As soon as she shifted her gaze to someone else, it somehow disappeared. Later, I observed this loving gaze many times in mothers when they look at their children.
There is also the opposite kind of gaze. For example, at an airport, I approached the passport-control window, and the officer looked at me in such a way that fear ran through my entire body. Even after I walked away, the fear still did not leave me. For the rest of the time before my flight, I thought about what had happened and reasoned that he probably did some kind of exercises to develop such a piercing gaze.
And in only a few people in my entire life, I have seen eyes that matched the expression “wise eyes.” In the eyes of these people, I saw wisdom itself. And I understood that there was an intelligent person in front of me.
There are also simply unnaturally beautiful eyes. I have seen bright lime-green eyes only once in my life, and that wasShe was already an elderly woman. But I simply couldn’t tear my gaze away from her eyes... they fascinated me so much... and I couldn’t understand how an old woman could have retained such an unreal eye color into old age. There was no sign of age in those eyes, somehow...
Day 2. I practiced during a walk. The people I met seemed very beautiful; a couple of times, I even seemed to sense the feelings of others. A girl was walking and worrying about her figure, but she seemed beautiful to me! The trees were incredibly beautiful too. Interestingly, when I looked at someone’s car, I could sense how much its owner loved it. I really enjoyed this practice! Thank you!
1. I want to continue.
This practice helps stop the hustle and anxiety. On the one hand, the “gaze of love” is possible only in a calm state; on the other hand, this practice itself leads to inner calm and peace.
