I choose option 1.
I participated; throughout the day, I try to remember the gaze. So far, it doesn’t happen often or for long. I strive not to let this gaze switch off.
Day 3.
I really liked the description of the third day of the practice. For several days, whenever I remembered, I tried to look at things in that way. I can’t say that I managed to do it every time. Still, especially when I was outside looking at nature, I began to notice that I was looking with loving eyes. It was very surprising, because sometimes it happened spontaneously, unconsciously... and I would catch myself in that gaze and feeling.
And I thought that I needed to learn to look with those eyes at things I don’t want to do but that are very beneficial. For example, I really dislike exercising. So now I’m trying to look at it with those eyes. It seems to me that it has become easier for me to do it... this exercise.
Day 3
I am "letting" the practice into my everyday life. In fact, this has already been happening to me for a long time.
I noticed that previously, whenever I entered the Space of the Your Yoga Website, or the Ashram, the School, or began the Practices created by OM Shanti, that very State described on the first day of the Intensive would always begin to arise within me. Because that is how much Love and Care the Author had put into Everything. I began to "love" the Practice. At that moment, my thoughts would "on their own" turn to God, to the Higher. I began to think about God more often. And even when I was in other spaces, outdoors or indoors, I would remember the image of the Ashram, or some practice, or something connected with the Ashram, and would immediately "come" into that State. And so now, while doing simple things at home, communicating with loved ones, being in nature, looking with the "Eyes of love" at a flower, a tree, the sky or a river, or meeting people's eyes in the street, I "see" the Love with which God created all of this. It is precisely in these few moments that sincerity with myself manifests. I see how everything is transformed by the "Eyes of love." This "vision" manifests in my inner state. I realized that I had stopped settling for a life without Love. The phrase "Lord, I need nothing without You (without Love)!" became a "real experience of the moment."
I sincerely thank you, OM Shanti, for this wonderful Intensive, for the opportunity to go through it together with you! For the opportunity to transform and to adorn life by bringing a loving gaze into everyday activities and communication! Amazing Days accompany all of this! And the practice continues!
