It produces good results if you breathe in the color of each chakra with your eyes closed and your tongue pressed against the roof of your mouth. Breathe through the area of the corresponding chakra itself, as though your lungs were located there.

Could you clarify exactly what you mean?

Some time ago, OM Shanti on Master Dang's page posted songs performed by him, along with a description of how they can be used.
The chakras can be activated using the same method: put one song on repeat and concentrate on the chakras as indicated in the DP course, one at a time, from the bottom upward. For example, as specified in the DP course, for three days.
This method could be called activation directly by Master Dang himself.
