Today marks exactly 7 days since I started taking fulvic acid. It also contains 77+ minerals. Well, what can I say? The instructions say not to exceed 20 drops per half-liter of water over the course of the day. I don't drink that much liquid in a day, so what you see in the glass is my usual amount: this much in the morning, and the same amount in the evening.
On the first day, I intended to take 10 drops twice a day. After the first dose, I was vomiting until half the night had passed, so in the evening of the first day, as you can imagine, I wasn't up to taking the second dose. However, I should say that I never felt like I was "about to die," although the volume and composition of what I returned to Ichthyander were, to put it mildly, not for the faint-hearted.
But I'm not looking for easy ways, and those who write instructions should understand that every body is different, so there's no need to force me into a standard mold! ))))) So the next morning I repeated the same dose. That day also went to waste, because this time the bottom gave way. Again, though, without any feeling of having cotton legs. And since I'm not easily deterred, I took the same planned 10 drops in the evening. Strangely enough, the night passed peacefully. That's how my dosage remained: 2 doses of 10 drops each. I feel wonderful and energetic, without even heartburn after spicy food and flour-based foods. I noticed something strange: I've started eating more, but everything is digested faster, I haven't gained weight (I weigh myself in the mornings), and I don't even get sleepy in the afternoon anymore (the cat is upset, since it was our ritual to lie around cuddling after a meal). Something has changed in my head too, because I used to feel tingling all over my noggin, like some kind of numbness. Especially when I was actively thinking something through or experiencing emotions above average intensity. That hasn't happened now, at least not yet.
I don't know whether this is a side effect or whether it will settle down, but I'm not happy that it's become difficult to wake up around 4 a.m. Before, I would jump up, rush to my procedures, go straight to the Altar Room, and time would fly by—I didn't want to leave! Now, after an hour at most, my nose is in the floor. I have to go back to sleep until around 8, and once I didn't get up until ten. After that, I'm energetic all day. My husband says it's the stress wearing off... I'll see how it goes. I'll report back.
