🎬 The legendary film “AYURVEDA” — now with a translation especially for you! 🌿

You may have already seen this film in Ayurvedic clinics—it is often shown on screens, creating an atmosphere of silence, harmony, and ancient wisdom.

But previously, it was without translation.
You could only admire the beautiful images without understanding what it was really about.

✨ Now everything has changed.
You will have the opportunity to hear, understand, and feel authentic Ayurveda from within.

📽 What awaits you:

🌿 Real vaidyas—keepers of ancient knowledge passed down through generations
🌺 Authentic rituals, treatment methods, and recipes for oils and herbs
🕉 The philosophy of Ayurveda—not as an abstraction, but as a way of everyday life
🌄 Landscapes, temples, traditions—the beauty and spirit of India in all their depth

💡 Why you should watch it:

✔ You will learn what Ayurveda really means
✔ You will receive valuable practical advice for your body, mind, and soul
✔ You will feel how the energy of nature and ancient science come together
✔ And most importantly—you will be inspired. This film opens the heart.

🔗 Watch it right now—and touch the living wisdom of the East.
Ayurveda is not simply a treatment.
It is the art of living in balance with yourself and the world.

I’m very glad I watched the film.
I felt inspired. It was as if a door into a completely unexplored and beautiful world had opened slightly! A world in harmony and balance between body and soul, a world where love for oneself and one’s body, acceptance, and, through this state, care, tenderness, and affection for another person are possible.
Looking at the faces of the people receiving the Ayurvedic therapeutic methods shown in the film, you can sense how pleasant and relaxing it is for them. Of course, it makes you want to be in their place. I felt a powerful motivation to practice self-massage, apply oil to my body after showering, and study Ayurveda in greater detail.
But I also wanted to take the position of the person giving this wonderful oil massage to someone else. It seemed even more pleasant to watch a person relax, release their tension, literally become fragrant from the treatments they had received, and recover.
The film inspires unity with oneself and the mindful use of Mother Nature’s gifts.
I recommend it to everyone! Even if you have never been interested in Ayurveda before or studied it in depth.

A couple of days have passed. I want to share what action watching the film led me to take.
Just imagine.
Early morning. Around 4:30. After bathing and expressing gratitude to Heaven, I went into the kitchen, where I noticed a wonderful, fragrant jar of apricot kernel oil.
I had often wanted to apply it to my skin, but did so very rarely.
Scenes from the film came to mind, along with an impulse.
“Just a little try!”
After applying the first teaspoonful to my skin, smooth, gentle massaging movements arose by themselves.
The body's reaction was, first: “Ah!” with delight.
Then: “More!”
In the end, for 30 minutes, my entire body except my head received its portion of oil, along with soft, smooth, loving massage movements. It was pure delight, fragrant and so pleasant it gave me goosebumps!))
My feet responded especially strongly; I wanted to rub them quite vigorously, as well as the neck area and upper back...
Even without oil, massage and self-massage are something amazing and completely accessible to everyone. Om Shanti spoke about the benefits of self-massage in “18 Rules of Healing.”
May we more often have enough time, strength, and desire to do it.
I wish everyone similarly pleasant sensations!
People are made in such a way that they probably need reminders. The film reminded me. Thank you!🙏

The film about Ayurvedic treatment shows the main treatment procedures for various symptoms, excesses or deficiencies of the doshas, and their predominance. Diagnosing the doshas makes it possible to select the right treatment. A great deal of attention in the film is devoted to oil massage—in fact, it could be called the main focus. The film shows that oil massage is very effective at removing Ama, toxins, or waste products. I would really like to learn about the nature of oils and their various cleansing properties. In short, even self-massage can produce good results for our physical body. The surface of the skin is connected with the internal organs; through the skin, the internal organs and the central nervous system are affected. The film shows panchakarma, with its many different procedures and names, including targeted treatments using Ayurvedic oils. Thank you, Om Shanti, for the film.
