During the meditation, I felt as if I were sitting by a campfire, with a red-faced Shaman sitting opposite me, feathers on his head and a drum that he was beating. It looked incredibly real. Then I felt as if a little flame had ignited in my chest, and my upper back became warm. I saw a snake sliding along my body and closing the circle. Then there was such peace and silence, and a voice sounded in my consciousness: “Now everything will be very good.”

I had been missing this state so much. I felt as if I were “bending” in the wind, holding on by my last reserves. And then—this steel support! I listened to it many, many times. I absorbed everything like a sponge. Heat in my chest and between my shoulder blades! Now I have this inner backbone! I have support!
The meditation resembles the microcosmic orbit practice from Qigong.

A very good practice for these turbulent times! After purchasing it, I listened to it several times because I decided that once would not be enough for me. While listening, I felt some kind of vibrations in my body; apparently, a certain attunement was taking place.

Hello . I’m not going to talk now about certain physical manifestations or states of consciousness while listening... Instead, I’ll share a little about the message I received literally right after listening. Moreover, I’ll say that I wasn’t able to completely eliminate outside noise—in other words, I wasn’t in silence, peace, and solitude while listening. And I didn’t manage to relax very well either. But look what happened! After listening, I did a Tarot reading. Before the reading, I thought about what had just happened (I had completed the meditation) and wrote down the Imprinted Word of Power. After that, I drew the cards. And I drew the Devil and the High Priestess. In the description of the Devil, there are these words: “... one should come to know one’s shadow ...” An interesting coincidence... don’t you think? But the adventures don’t end there ) Literally an hour later, I suddenly and unexpectedly heard the Imprinted Word of Power! I hope I didn’t scare anyone with the Devil. These are the kinds of Miracles happening to us ) Thank you, Om Shanti !

I’d also like to share my impressions of the meditation.
I really liked how everything is presented so structurally and harmoniously. It truly feels like a practice.
I listened to it several times. I tried visualizing the situations being described—it helps me maintain deeper concentration. And I saw some things completely differently:
- There are two of me, and the second one appears when I try to imagine that deep place in the chest from which it is impossible to hear the voice. This deep place belongs to my second, non-physical self.
- A steel outline appears around both of us immediately, and the Word of Power is imprinted in both of us as well.
Overall, it’s difficult to explain these sensations in words, but because of this doubling, I feel some kind of balancing or synchronization (perhaps of the conscious and unconscious).
So far, there hasn’t been any need to defend myself against anything external, but if such an effect does occur, it will be easier and less difficult for two of us than for one

I chose “chastity” for myself. I enjoyed the immersion; as always, it wasn’t enough for me—I wanted to remain in this state longer and longer, simply listening at the end to the indescribable vibrations of nirvana. Of course, I could never create anything like this myself, so I bow deeply in gratitude for the work you have done.
Saint Ignatius Brianchaninov explains the concept of chastity as follows:
Chastity means abstaining from all kinds of immoral acts. Abstaining from sensual conversations and reading, from uttering sensual, obscene, and ambiguous words. Guarding the senses, especially sight and hearing, and even more so touch. Modesty. Rejection of immoral thoughts and fantasies. Silence. Stillness. Serving the sick and disabled. Remembrance of death and hell. The beginning of chastity is a mind undisturbed by immoral thoughts and fantasies; the perfection of chastity is purity that beholds God.
Immense gratitude, Om Shanti! An excellent practice, essential for those walking the Path! But the phrase “While the circuit is closed...” — does this mean that They can open it, or will the circuit open when the Light is freed?
I would like to add to the review I wrote what effect occurred the very next day after listening to the meditation just ONCE!
There was a situation where, for quite a long time, my issues at one institution were dealt with carelessly and only under pressure, while I was also rudely mocked. I put up with it for a long time because these matters had to be resolved, and I saw no alternative way to resolve them without interacting with these people.
And then, the next morning, to my own surprise, I flew to this organization on wings. Naturally, they took up the matter—or rather, did not take it up at all—from their usual position.
This time my tone became louder and more confident, but I still tried once again, in that tone, to explain what needed to be resolved. They answered me with an incomprehensible screech, and I simply told them everything I thought.
They quieted down, but did not solve the problem.
And inside me, such a wave of Strength arose, such an insight, that I wondered why I was putting up with all this while they were "bending me over"! And I received a hint about which reasonable person could help resolve my affairs, even though this person had never occurred to me before, and I had thought I would have to endure their rude treatment for at least another six months!
What is more, I am already receiving strength and hints for other matters that will also need to be resolved and that will require an unyielding inner core!
Let me remind you: so far I have listened to the meditation just ONCE.
Yes, an inner core makes you very inconvenient for those around you; to the most insolent among them, it can even make you immediately unacceptable, because they are used to reveling in their own importance and "riding" on everyone else. But! Along with this, you will inevitably come to realize whether it is worth trying to shake hands with such people at the expense of your own integrity, and whether you will respect yourself afterward?!
I instantly felt this effect myself and decided: I would turn away from such a person ten times over! Another pleasant bonus of gaining your own unbreakable inner core is that it reveals the true essence of everyone around you, and in such conflict situations, when you demonstrate will and strength, the people around you immediately reveal their genuine attitude toward you. And that is a good thing—you will know whom you are dealing with and whom not to let into your life.
A wonderful practice, a practice of Strength!
After listening to this practice-meditation for many days now, my words of Strength have turned into a kind of silence that has begun to reveal within me its subtle inner spiral movement upward toward something very tender and pleasant. I used to work with the cosmic orbit quite often, but the sensations here are completely different. This is not simply an action, but some subtle, caring interaction with oneself. I like it.
