As soon as I purchased the practice Liberation from the Matrix, I decided to try it during household chores and then set aside some time to work on it "properly")) .
I was cooking porridge and followed the "Stop" command for a little over 5 minutes. The effect was astonishing. I knew I was tense, but not to that extent...
As if weights had fallen away.
It seems so simple... children are still playing something similar.
Very, very effective. You definitely need to practice it in order to "wake up."

Не все были добрыми и светлыми, но главное я первый раз услышал фамилию Гурджиев. Хотя на то время я абсолютно не понял смысл его методов, зачем это управление телами учеников( особо ярко запомнился случай , когда толпа последователей разворачивалась лицом в зал и по команде бежала на зрителей, но как куклы замирали у самого края сцены, опять же по команде стоп.) Но как всегда верно сказал в описании программы Сергей Васильевич, можно много говорить, но лучше попробовать. Да, это мощная мистическая практика, и она даёт опыт, который может перевернуть жизнь человека.
