Although my completely free course on Astral Projection already exists — HERE, which I created for you a long time ago, sometime around 2006, I am planning to create another course—more concise, more effective, and with a more personal approach, i.e. with feedback, support, answers to questions, new technical solutions, new practices, etc.

I know that I have always wanted to master conscious out-of-body experiences, and I even had one once, but I didn’t go beyond my apartment. Most likely, I was afraid not of the experience itself, but of realizing that I am not this body! Since then, I have traveled only through dreams, that is, unconsciously. But now, after reading this, something has flared up in my chest again. Yes, of course, I want conscious out-of-body experiences specifically, so that I can go where I want rather than wherever I happen to be carried! In fact, the out-of-body experience itself already brings enormous progress in your development: you can realize that you are not this body, that you are something more. I could personally talk about this for a long time, but I know for certain that no explanation can replace personal experience.

For the most part, I will use modern technologies that are accessible to everyone. For example, a fitness tracker worn on the wrist that monitors sleep. They are inexpensive. But I will explain how to use it for lucid dreaming or astral projection in the course, if I end up offering it, of course.
I will also create audio programs that work during sleep.
In other words, considerable attention will be devoted to technology. There is already plenty of philosophy on the subject of astral projection. People need results.
But of course, practices will also be involved.
There are techniques that work for practically 99% of people. And I know them.

As for direct techniques for astral projection, this is the most difficult option. But it is possible. And technology can help here too.
