The intensive course will last 7 days. Every day, I will give you assignments. I strongly recommend doing them right away. Not tomorrow. Not later. Read the new assignment—and do it that same day. No “later.”
The intensive course “Connection with the Universe” will begin on Friday, 17 June.
At the end of the intensive course, anyone who wishes will be able to receive a Certificate of completion of the intensive course.
All intensive courses are conducted by their author and creator: Sergey Veretennikov.
What will you gain?
I will give you only what you can actually feel. These will not be some meditations on an abstract spiritual light or “feel love in your heart”… Everything will be very practical. By the end of the intensive course, you will know for certain that you have become closer to the Universe and Cosmos than before—physically and on the level of consciousness.
Connection with the Cosmos is what modern people, literally immersed in an ocean of hustle and bustle, are so lacking. The intensive course will expand your consciousness, making it more cosmic. We will begin to remember that we are cosmic beings.
As a result, unusual states of consciousness, dreams, and even abilities may arise.
What is required to participate in the intensive course?
Post a plus sign in this thread; that is how you sign up for our group and our cohort, becoming a participant. If you do not post a plus sign, you can still participate in the intensive course, but some additional materials will be available only to participants.
I should also note that this is neither the first nor the last intensive course, so it makes sense to become a member of our Club, so that nothing interferes with learning and practice. The subscription price is tiny and exists only so that Club members can be surrounded by an atmosphere of people who are genuinely striving for growth, rather than idle conversations that interfere with the general enlightening mood and energy flow. A less crowded place for development is always better than a noisy bazaar.

You can join on any day of the intensive course. You can start on any day, but naturally it is better to start on the first day.
- An intensive course involves more active work than usual, as a result of which you quickly achieve results. So prepare yourself to work. You will be given short and clear instructions on what you can do. And if you do it, you will achieve results.

We are also materializers of the Sun.
Therefore, after carrying out the first part of the practice I described above with any plant, proceed to the second part.

- It is summer now, while I am conducting this intensive. Moreover, it is one of the most flourishing periods of summer, when there is an enormous amount of greenery, foliage, grass, and so on.
- In this task, you need to reflect on the fact that the distance from Earth to the Sun is 150 million kilometers. The Sun is ONE OF THE STARS IN THE UNIVERSE. It is a star! It is a star with which everything that exists on Earth is connected.
- But now you need to find any plant, for example in a park, or perhaps you will be at a country house or in a private home. Relax and look at any green plant. It may be a tree, a flower, simply grass, or perhaps you will be at home and place a potted houseplant in front of you.
- What needs to be done? You need to realize that this green object is in contact with the Sun itself, which is 150 million kilometers away! That is an enormous distance. This small object has taken the energy of the Sun, located so far away from us, and materialized it in the form of green leaves.
