But this is all untrue.

Remember this phrase—it is untrue.

It can only be true in an illusory world, in which I see something and simply believe it. For example, I see the Sun rotating around the Earth, so that must be how it is.

But this is untrue! The Sun does not rotate around the Earth. This has already been proven millions of times, even though it may seem otherwise.

It is exactly the same with the Moon. It SEEMS that it rotates around its axis. But this is untrue.

There is no “amazing” synchronization. The Moon does not rotate at all. Therefore, there is no synchronization and cannot be any—especially not an amazing synchronization.

The Moon flies forward around the Sun. More precisely, around the line along which the Sun travels.

I have often wondered why we always see the Moon from only one side. The theory of “synchronization” did not work for me.
The answer that it simply does not rotate is very simple for this question, so simple that I could not believe it and would not have accepted it until you wrote about it. Considering that all the planets in the Solar System, and even some satellites, rotate on their axes.

The Moon appeared through the clouds a few days ago and tried to find its bearings in this whole new Cosmos. It wasn’t going anywhere, since I was at home; I was on Earth, and I managed to see the orientation of the Sun, Earth, and Moon in the phase that the Moon had “shown” at that moment.
Then, with my eyes closed, I saw myself outside these planets, observing the configuration.

I remembered school astronomy. I was hardly interested in it at all—the texts and teaching were dry. There was this effect: learn it, pass it with a good grade, and “successfully forget it.” That was how it was with many subjects.

For now, I’ve downloaded the sheet music for Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. I’m soaking it in/meditating on writing these notes by hand/on the proper Instrument. I felt the desire to learn it and play it.

Now somehow everything is unfolding differently; it’s interesting, and I want to learn. The search has begun. Logical and interesting connections are forming in different directions (in the old terms: subjects/sciences) within my studies. And oh, how quickly old conceptions in my head are breaking down.)
