Before going to bed, I felt tension in my shoulders and decided to apply a mixture of Deep Blue to them. Three minutes later, I realized that I really wanted my neck to feel as good as my shoulders did after applying Deep Blue. I applied it to my neck. I really liked the sensation: it cools at first and then warms up. That night I dreamed of fire—simply flames, friendly flames. I think that this is how my subconscious saw the essential oils I had applied. In the morning, I noticed an unexpected effect: I drink a large mug of water in the morning and always take a sip, stop, then take another sip. But this time, I suddenly felt that nothing was preventing me from drinking the water all at once, without stopping. I suppose I had some kind of spasm in my swallowing muscles that I had never even suspected. And the Deep Blue mixture applied to my neck relaxed those muscles.
The more I use essential oils, the more I get the feeling that they are not just some kind of medicines or aromatic blends, but conscious beings that one can befriend and ask for things. Sometimes it seems to me that they call me.
My child likes citrus aromas—orange and lemon. I apply them to his palms in the morning to help him wake up more easily and happily.

Конечно можно.
Чётки действительно делают ненасильственным путём и кантималы. Это часть определённой культуры.
Я лично сам видел как кришнаиты едят зелёные листочки Туласи. И вовсе не сухие. Это норма у них...
Но тут важно всё же не дойти до абсурда с "насилием". Самое важное с деревьями - чтобы они продолжали расти. Т.е. срубил дерево - посади два.
И вот это правило и закрывает вопрос о насилии над деревьями.
Пропаганда полезности Туласи лишь увеличивает её посадки на планете Земля. Производство эфира из неё - тоже. Т.е. Туласи лишь становится от этого больше.
