Below I am posting two videos.
One was made in the LifeLine program, which is the cheapest.
The second was made in the Onyx program, which provides readings in the form of aura, chakras, meridians, etc.
Onyx shows the effect of chanting the OM mantra. Essentially, this is also pranayama.
In LifeLine, you will see the effect of breathing that I called the breathing of happiness, carefreeness, and enjoyment of life.
But now, let us go through everything in order, including the videos themselves:

It was specifically in the LifeLine program that I noticed that around the middle of the exhalation, the pulse rate (heart rate) decreases significantly. You would not see this on a pulse tracker.
Even this one measurement alone shows that a longer exhalation is beneficial. And
why it is beneficial.
Because the heart enters a state of rest.
Moreover, by working in real time with an ECG program, it is possible to achieve an inhalation—and do so in other phases of breathing as well—in which the heart rate is lower during those phases too. In other words, to reduce tension during inhalation. For example, by adopting a more physiological posture, not slouching, relaxing the diaphragm, entering a meditative state... In general, there are many different things one can do.
And in the Onyx program, where the data shown was recorded while chanting the OM mantra, you can see how beautiful the heart rhythmogram turns out. It is literally like a sea wave. Beautiful and even.
I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the readings you see in the video are literally very high. My readings are not always like that. Sometimes they are much lower. At times, they go as low as 60%.
It should be kept in mind that many people may have readings of 10% or even 5%. I know this from my own experience.
It may literally be that a person has no complaints at all, yet their reading is only 20%.
For elderly people, it is practically always around 20%.
You tell them to do some breathing practice, they do it, and the readings immediately rise.
