It isn’t easy for me to set my imagination in motion and vividly visualize everything imagined in dynamics. But these short, amazing meditations completely captivate my imagination, and before the mind has time to come to its senses, everything has already happened, without any resistance.
These are exactly the kind of short meditations, requiring no preparation, that I really enjoyed. During longer meditations, my restless mind begins to make its own adjustments.
