Thank you, Higher Forces, for them.
What did you mean—the Higher Forces or Sergei Veretennikov?
I only noticed it now; an interesting observation.

I want to share my personal experience with NLP. Before proceeding with calibration and rapport, NLP has a list of basic presuppositions that helped me become aware of many things within myself. If you have a problem in life, then one of the presuppositions, or laws of awareness, has been violated. I love Law of Awareness No. 20: we can manage our consciousness and control the results. I have learned, and continue to learn, how to properly construct my reality. I understood the principle of personal responsibility: when you understand that you do everything yourself. I came to understand the unnecessary and useless nature of such evaluations of events as “bad” and “good.” I came to understand that life can be changed in two ways: externally (by changing your surroundings) and internally (by changing your way of thinking).
We are the cause of everything that happens to us.

And most importantly, ecology—awareness of how I and the system interact; how different elements of the system can coexist harmoniously without violating the freedom of neighboring elements.

I wonder, if there are initiations into Ra-fields, perhaps they can be used to eliminate manipulation from various sides by making an appeal to them.

I’ll continue a little on combat NLP.

This is my personal practice, based on knowledge of NLP.

A simple technique.

It is based on frames. In NLP, I would say that a frame is a certain action. Like passes in volleyball. You throw the ball, and your partner has to do something with it. But it was you who set this frame, forcing your partner to do something.

For example:

- Oh, I’m so glad you came. Here’s a chair—please sit down.

What happened?

You suggested sitting down. The person sat down.

Cool, right?

But the person can return the frame to you.

- I don’t want to sit, thanks. I’ll stand.

And then the ball is back in your court. Some action is expected from you; a frame has been thrown at you.

- Well, then stand in this room.

Do you understand?

You threw the frame again. He didn’t want to sit at your bidding, so let him stand—but still at your bidding.

- No, I’ll stand in this room. I’m not going anywhere.

You’ve been given someone else’s frame again.

- All right, as you wish. Just don’t talk loudly.

And, in short, you can keep throwing frames back and forth like this.

In the end, the person will keep your frame for himself. He’ll think he’s doing whatever he wants. But ultimately, he’ll do what you want—he’ll speak more quietly.

You’ll make him submit anyway. Even if he stands there, in this room, speaking however he likes… At some point, though, you’ll say, “How about we go have some tea? I have a delicious cake in the fridge :)”

Anything at all.

And he’ll submit. He’ll start obeying!

Once the first frame gets through, the others will start getting through easily too.

So, here’s the point.

A criminal has attacked someone. The tough version: night, an underground passage, a girl, a maniac…

Do everything you can to make the criminal submit to your frame. Start with the simplest thing the criminal needs.

- Wait, I’ll take this ring off myself. Please wait literally two seconds.

- Here’s the ring. Please hold my handbag; I’ll check my pockets now—I had a large sum of money in them.

- Thanks for holding my handbag. Oh, unfortunately, it’s not there. Would you like me to transfer it to your card? Give me your phone number.

- Thanks for giving me your phone. I’ve made the transfer.

- Let’s walk toward the exit so that no one thinks you’re robbing me.

- Thank you for deciding to walk toward the exit. You received more than I could give you. I hope it helps you. I was glad to help you.

Combined with many other combat NLP techniques, you can do anything you want with a person.

For example, the synchronization technique.

Synchronize with the bandit using any indicator, such as breathing. Or, simplest of all, the volume of your voice.
He speaks to you at a certain volume—you speak at exactly the same volume.
Pick up his intonation and manner of speaking—speak the same way.
If he talks in a familiar, brotherly way, like “Brother, got a cigarette…,” respond with something in the same slang.

When you’re synchronized with a person, you start to seem like one of their own. That’s one thing.
The second is that you become two communicating vessels, two tuning forks, and so on.
You can already transmit your states to them. Any states.

Hello. I would be very grateful if someone could share their experience of working with alcohol addiction. Is it possible to overcome this illness with NLP? Unfortunately, someone close to me has this kind of addiction. What happens as a result of the work? Does the person lose the craving and develop an aversion to alcohol, or will they be able, like other people, to drink half a glass of wine without continuing? And my second question—sorry if it is off-topic—is why does a person develop alcohol addiction? Is it karma?

Thank you for your reply. Could you please tell me which section would be the right place to discuss this topic? I have received a note saying that my question is inappropriate here. I suppose I will receive another note now… I was thinking that perhaps I could create a topic in the Ashram?

NLP Practices:

ABOUT EXPANDED CONSCIOUSNESS

Recent research has shown that human consciousness can process a stream of information 110 million times greater than the amount of information a person receives through all their ordinary sensory organs.

Because of the narrow bandwidth of ordinary sensory channels, consciousness is forced to expend considerable effort selecting the most important information, while all the remaining information goes to the subconscious and motor centers, bypassing consciousness. In other words, every person carries within them a colossal amount of information and knowledge of which they are unaware.

That is why the task of expanding the narrowness of consciousness by broadening the flow of incoming information takes center stage.

Through special exercises, five higher states of consciousness are developed: waking consciousness, the state of daydreaming, the state of trance, meditative consciousness, and cosmic consciousness.

Various methods and techniques are used to expand consciousness:

a) switching off emotions, since they occupy a very significant part of consciousness and thereby limit its capabilities;

b) harmonizing the vibrations of one's body, since the brain's motor centers are loaded with information about the state of the body and constantly supply consciousness with this information;

c) filling the entire content of consciousness the only information (in a single word—a mantra). This technique is used to ensure that the mind can no longer perceive information from the surrounding world or information about the state of its own body; then all the blocked information is directed into the subconscious and the motor centers of the brain......

and other techniques, depending on the psychotechnique used

THE POWER OF THE GAZE.

A hypnotist’s gaze expresses an unshakable force of will through the eyes, nerves, and muscles. Anyone who encounters such a gaze immediately senses the immense inner strength it conveys. It is no coincidence that in many Eastern martial arts, fighters begin a bout with a contest of gazes. As a rule, they determine the balance of power by the strength of the gaze alone.

Such a gaze is rarely innate, so it is developed through special exercises.

As the power of the gaze develops, hypnotic abilities develop as well. Even animals fear this gaze. Thoughts are transmitted through the gaze, and the power of will takes effect. When the gaze reaches its full power of penetration and influence, it becomes a terrifying weapon if possessed by a person with malicious intentions.

DEVELOPING WILLPOWER

Willpower is an invisible force concentrated within every person. Yogis assert that in order to acquire mighty willpower, one must first become aware of one’s “I.” The more clearly one perceives the consciousness of one’s “I,” the greater one’s willpower. The feeling of one’s “I” is something special and almost an inexplicable feeling.

Willpower is the ability to concentrate all one’s thoughts, desires, and sensations on a specifically chosen direction, action, or desire, in such a way that the “I” becomes a single whole, merging with the specific object toward which the action is directed. Hypnotists must be able to concentrate; this means being able to isolate oneself from all external impressions, focus one’s attention, and master all one’s mental and physical powers. The mind, supported by willpower, becomes a source of thoughts that can affect others even at a considerable distance.

Before mental suggestion, one usually addresses oneself with the full force of one’s thoughts, telling oneself that one has the right to do this and the power to make another person hear it. One must sincerely believe this and become fully imbued with the thought; it must develop into absolute certainty.

HIGHEST LEVEL OF AT

Having mastered the highest level of AT (autogenic training), one gains the ability to summon and retain images and pictures before one’s mind’s eye, to think abstractly and intuitively, and to multiply one’s creative abilities many times over. By expanding consciousness, one acquires the ability to hypnotize mentally and wordlessly, and to heal at a distance.

The German psychotherapist I. Schultz, the creator of autogenic training, warned readers in the preface to his monograph “Autogenic Training” about the inadmissibility of using the methodindependently without medical supervision, since AT is aimed at restructuring human consciousness.

Autosuggestion itself is completely harmless. The only exceptions are patients with acute, rapidly developing vascular, infectious, or mental disorders. Such patients may begin practicing only under a doctor's supervision, after their health has stabilized.

THE RHYTHM OF TRANSMITTING MENTAL SUGGESTIONS

Experiments by scientists on mental suggestion show that its success depends greatly on the rhythm at which the mental image is transmitted. For example, in experiments conducted by Soul and Goldney on guessing cards, the attempts to transmit an image of the cards mentally while drawing them at intervals of 2.6 seconds were successful. Changing the interval—even by slowing the rate to 5 seconds—resulted in complete failure for Shackleton, who was mentally receiving the transmitted images.

That is why it is necessary to find the optimal rhythm for transmitting information for yourself.

Professor L. L. Vasiliev believed that success depends on the correspondence between two rhythms: the rhythm of the suggestions transmitted by the agent and the rhythm of the moments favorable for the recipient's reception. When the rhythms correspond, a special kind of resonance is produced.

DEVELOPMENTAL EXERCISES

EXERCISE 1.

Purpose: meditative preparation of the level of consciousness

Best time: 20 minutes every morning or evening. Do not perform it immediately after eating or taking medication.

It is necessary sit in an armchair and relax. After reaching a state of relaxation, take a deep breath, during which you should think only of the word “inhale.” Do not hold the air; exhale immediately with the sole thought of the word “exhale.”

After the first deep inhalation and exhalation, you no longer need to control your breathing consciously; it should occur naturally. With each inhalation and exhalation, it is important to think of the same thing, mentally stretching the sounds of the words: “i-i-n-h-a-a-a-l-e” or “e-e-x-h-a-a-a-l-e.”

If your thoughts “wander” elsewhere, then at the beginning of the next inhalation, return to mentally pronouncing the words “inhale” and “exhale.”

These words are needed to unconsciously focus your attention on breathing. Once the required state has been reached, the words will “disappear” on their own.

THE MAIN MISTAKE IS EXPECTING THE MOMENT WHEN THE WORDS DISAPPEAR.

It is recommended to perform this exercise every morning and evening for 20 minutes over the course of two weeks.

Afterward, perform it at any time when it is necessary to achieve other states of consciousness.

EXERCISE 2.

Purpose: to achieve relaxation of the body and harmonize it with the vibrations of free cosmic energy.

The exercise is performed lying down. First perform Exercise 1, then begin relaxing the entire body. To do this, relax each muscle and each part of the body in sequence. Direct your thoughts toward the parts of the body being relaxed.

EXERCISES FOR DEVELOPINGPOWER OF THE GAZE

EXERCISE 3.

On a clean sheet of paper, draw a circle three centimeters in diameter and fill it in with black ink. Attach the sheet to the wall so that, when sitting on a chair, you can see it at eye level from a distance of 90 centimeters.

Fix your gaze on the black circle and look at it without looking away for one minute. After resting, fix your gaze again. Repeat this five times.

Then move the sheet with the black dot 90 centimeters to the left and, keeping your head in its original position, direct your gaze at the dot again. Hold this oblique gaze for one minute. Do this five times, with short breaks.

Then move the sheet with the black dot 90 centimeters to the right of its original position. Fix your oblique gaze to the right for one minute, five times.

After three days of training, hold your gaze for two minutes in each position, five times.

When you are able to hold your gaze in this exercise for three minutes without much effort, you will notice that your gaze is already affecting those around you.

Continue training by reducing the number of repetitions and increasing the duration of the gaze fixation. The ideal result is the ability to fix your gaze for 30 minutes, although 15 minutes is enough to defeat and subjugate another person with your gaze.

EXERCISE 4.

This exercise complements the first exercise. With its help develop the ability to withstand another person’s gaze and also eliminate the imperfection of one’s own gaze.

To perform this exercise, you need a medium-sized mirror. Stand facing the mirror and look at your reflection with the same steady gaze as in the previous exercise.

The goal is achieved if you can maintain your gaze without strain for 15 minutes.

EXERCISE 5.

The purpose of the exercise is to strengthen the eye muscles and nerves.

A sheet of paper with a black dot 3 centimeters in diameter is secured 90 centimeters in front of the eyes.

Move the head in circles while keeping your gaze fixed on the dark dot. The more varied the speed of the head movements, the better the results. Perform the exercise standing.

EXERCISE 6.

Stand with your back to the wall. Sweep your gaze across the opposite wall: from left to right, right to left, top to bottom, bottom to top, in circles, or in zigzags, until you feel tired. When fatigued, rest by fixing your gaze on a single point. After the pause and fixation, continue the exercise until you become tired again. In this way, bring the series of scanning gazes up to five.

EXERCISE 7.

Position yourself comfortably 40 cm from a mirror of any size. Place a small, distinguishable dot on the bridge of your nose between your eyes. Look calmly and intently at this point.

During the first few days, you may blink if necessary, but your gaze should remain within points.

The first sessions should last no more than 5 minutes. Once you acquire the ability to hold your gaze effortlessly without blinking, add another minute. The goal is to maintain a steady gaze for 15 minutes.

It is easier to avoid blinking if, whenever you feel the need to blink, you slightly raise your eyelids.

It is best to practice in the morning. Already in the first days of training, the trainee notices strength and

firmness in their gaze. After several days of training, you can do without the point, simply looking at the bridge of your nose.

You can use this central gaze in everyday life. A person who uses the central gaze makes their strength felt by their conversation partner.

During a conversation, look at the bridge of the other person's nose when telling them something. When they are speaking, look away and look anywhere while listening attentively and respectfully; but as soon as you need to say something to your conversation partner, use the central gaze again.

EXERCISE 8.

The purpose of this exercise is to acquire and reinforce the skills of influencing others with your gaze.

It is best to begin testing your increased abilities on pets. Cats and dogs readily sense a hypnotic gaze, and their behavior makes it easy to determine the strength of your gaze.

To do this, "catch" the animal's gaze with your own and try to overpower it with the force of your gaze. The animal will lower its head and move away, possibly even tucking its tail between its legs.

With theseIn addition to the goals described above, these exercises help achieve beautiful eyes: the eye opening becomes wider, and the eyes become larger and more mobile.

ADVANCED AUTOGENIC TRAINING EXERCISES

EXERCISE 9. (Advanced AT)

Purpose: to learn to evoke various spots of light and maintain attention on each of them.

The practitioner performs this and the following exercises in a state of ordinary autogenic immersion.

EXERCISE 10. (Advanced AT)

Purpose: to “see” a predetermined color background.

The practitioner will soon feel that contemplating a red, orange, or yellow background is associated with warmth (this creates an emotional uplift); green and light blue with a state of calm; blue and violet evoke a sensation of cold; black and dark red create a gloomy mood and depression.

Working on this exercise usually takes up to four months. As a result of the training, the practitioner acquires the ability to easily evoke the desired emotional state with the help of a deliberately induced color background.

EXERCISE 11. (Advanced AT)

Purpose: to develop sustained attention that makes it possible to “see” specific objects for an extended period.

The exercise is considered mastered when an image of oneself spontaneously appears against the background of various objects. Working on the exercise takes about a year.

EXERCISE 12. (Advanced AT)

Purpose: to develop the ability to give some abstract concept a concretecontent.

The trainee must learn to easily visualize objects associated with abstract concepts such as “beauty,” “happiness,” “freedom,” and “joy.”

Everyone associates these concepts with images that are closest to them. Practice is carried out daily, maintaining attention (for up to 60 minutes) on abstract concepts and the specific visual representations evoked by association.

EXERCISE 13. (Advanced level of AT)

The goal is to learn to change one’s emotional state by visually representing associative images.

Associative images are visualized (see Exercise 4), and one strives to see oneself at the center of the imagined picture.

The next stage is to develop the ability to evoke dynamic (moving) scenes in which one participates directly. The practitioner should respond emotionally to the unfolding events and experience them.

EXERCISE 14. (Advanced level of AT)

The goal is to learn to mentally evoke and hold before one’s mind’s eye images of other people, feel one’s presence, and participate in their affairs.

EXERCISE 15. (Advanced level of AT)

I. Schultz considered it the most important. Its goal is to learn to “see” a series of scenes that answer personally relevant psychological questions. For example: What do I want? Who am I?

This exercise is performed in a state of passive concentration of attention. After the exercise has been performed correctly, there is“Catharsis” — self-purification; psychotraumatic factors that cause illness are extinguished.

To achieve a significant result and benefit from AT sessions, it is necessary to practice AT every day for at least 30 minutes.

Each time, autogenic immersion becomes easier.

After some time, a person practicing AT acquires the ability to relax almost instantly. The transition into a state of relaxation takes place within a few seconds. This procedure is very pleasant: it is as if a person sheds the burden of their body, the burden of problems and anxieties, and plunges into a blissful state.

Usually, at this stage, people move on to the method known as the “Key.”

“KEY.” EXERCISE 16.

Fix your gaze on a single point and give yourself the following instruction: “Now I will mentally count from one to five, and a state of deep muscular relaxation and rest will automatically come over me. My eyelids will become heavy and close.

A pleasant warmth and heaviness will spread throughout my body. All distracting signals, noise, extraneous thoughts, and light will only intensify the feeling of growing peace and deepen the state of heightened suggestibility.

I will remain in this state for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I will automatically hear myself count from five to one. The state of deep peace and rest will end as soon as I automatically count from five to one. My mind will become clear, and I will feel refreshed and lightness.

At the count of “one,” my eyes will open, and I will feel well rested and full of energy.

With sufficient practice, using the “key,” it is even possible to sleep standing up for a predetermined period of time.

To do this, you must first give yourself an appropriate instruction, such as: “Now I will count from one to five, and I will automatically enter a state of sleep; my legs will remain steady. I will maintain my balance at all times. I will sleep for exactly ten minutes; after 10 minutes, the reverse count—five, four, three, two, one—will automatically sound, and I will wake up fully rested and feeling well.” Using the “key,” you can not only rest but also program yourself for upcoming activities.

DEVELOPING THE ABILITY TO READ OTHER PEOPLE’S THOUGHTS

PSYCHOMETRY EXERCISES

Sheer-Shkolnik recommended beginning the development of telepathic abilities with psychometry exercises. Here is an extremely simple psychometry exercise proposed by Lown back in 1892.

EXERCISE 17.

Notes and letters received the previous day are placed unread at the head of the bed so that they can easily be reached in the morning without getting out of bed.

In the first moments after waking, these letters are placed one after another against the forehead for 5 minutes, while trying not to think about anything specific. It is preferable to perform these exercises in the dark.

After some time, spontaneous the images of the faces of those who wrote these messages. With further practice, the “vision” becomes clearer.

This exercise is performed until stable results are achieved; after that, they move on to exercises that develop telepathic abilities.

EXERCISE 18.

Take an object that has been in contact with the person whose thoughts are to be read.

To achieve a state of concentration of consciousness, use a shell or other objects that produce a monotonous noise, like the sound of a shell, when held to the ear. Attune yourself to passively listening to this noise, try to switch your attention off from everything, and after some time images will begin to arise spontaneously and involuntarily.

THOUGHT READING

EXERCISE 19.

When in a large company, where many people are talking among themselves at the same time, try to distinguish the words of a particular person.

At first, individual sounds are caught against the background of the general noise; then individual syllables begin to come through, followed by distinct words and phrases.

EXERCISE 20.

Move a clock to a distance at which its ticking is barely audible. By listening attentively, achieve a clear sound.

After that, increase the distance until the ticking is barely perceptible again. It turns out that the sound, barely audible at first, gradually becomes stronger again.

Increase the distance again.

The exercise is considered successful when the ticking of the clock remains consistentlydiffers at a distance exceeding by five times the threshold of initial audibility that existed before the training began.

EXERCISE 21.

After mastering the previous two exercises, make them more challenging. To do this, plug your ears with cotton or earplugs, or put on headphones, depending on the circumstances.

The ability to hear sounds inaccessible to the hearing of those around you gradually develops.

EXERCISES FOR DEVELOPING SUSTAINED ATTENTION

VISUAL MEMORY TRAINING

In order to work successfully with images, it is necessary to have a very good visual memory, especially when it comes to "induced hypnosis." Visual memory can be strengthened fairly quickly with the following simple exercises:

EXERCISE 22.

Take a small object (a coin, wedding ring, or signet ring) and examine it carefully for 1–1.5 minutes. Put the object away and describe it (in writing). Describe the object in as much detail as possible. Then look at it again, identify any errors, and supplement the description. Gradually move on to more complex objects (a watch, a fountain pen, a desk lamp). Then move on to paintings by famous artists. Be sure to compare the image recalled from memory with the original.

The goal is to describe the object down to the finest details. When training with paintings, strive to develop a sense of figurative thinking according to the following pattern: from sensations—tomood and from mood to a state.

EXERCISE 23.

Continuously observe any object for at least 3 minutes. Then close your eyes for 3 minutes and summon an image of this object before your mind’s eye. Try to see every detail of the object. On opening your eyes, compare it with the original and clarify the details. Close your eyes and examine the object again.

Perform this ten times… After 3–4 weeks of regular practice, you will be able to see a three-dimensional image of any object.

EXERCISE 24.

After glancing at a sign, determine, without counting, how many words the inscription on it consists of. After brief training, once you can guess correctly 100% of the time, begin determining the number of letters on signs. When boarding a vehicle, determine the number of passengers at a glance.

Variations of the same exercise:

1. Determine the number of letters in words taken from a randomly opened book.

2. Determine the total number of dots on domino tiles after a fleeting glance at them.

This exercise is simple, requires no strain, and is more like a game.

EXERCISE 25.

An excellent exercise for developing visual memory. Begin training by spending half an hour memorizing the general and specific distinguishing features of faces:

General features Specific features

Head shape (oval, round, quadrangular)

Profile (convex, straight, concave)

Face shape (triangular, round, oval, quadrangular)

Hair (short, medium-length, long)

Eyes (large, almond-shaped, small)

Glasses (with thick frames, thin frames, frameless)

Ears (large, medium-sized, small)

Nose (humped, straight, upturned)

Beard (no beard, small, large)

Lips (narrow, wide, full)

For practice, when meeting a stranger, study their face as a whole for several seconds, then identify the specific features characteristic of that individual. Looking away, mentally picture the face while going through all the individual features in sequence. Test yourself by looking at the stranger again. Look away once more and again visualize their face using the features.

Continue this until the face is fully memorized. Within a few weeks, remembering faces becomes automatic. If you associate a face with a specific surrounding environment, that environment will serve as a reference point when recalling the desired image.

EXERCISE 26.

THE EASTERN METHOD OF DEVELOPING PHENOMENAL MEMORY.

This method of developing phenomenal memory has been successfully used in the East for centuries in the training of doctors and monks.

The trainee is placed in a special room filled with thousands of small drawers. Each drawer has its own label, clearly visible from a distance.

Any item for which information is needed is located in a strictly designated drawer. The student must clearly visualize the entire search process, visually sense the item, and know exactly where it is located, that is, in which drawer.

After some practice, it is not difficult to mentally enter the room, open the required drawer, and take out whatever interests you.

The teacher’s question must be answered within 10 seconds—that is the time allotted to mentally look into the required drawer and, for example, quote a line from a certain page of a sacred book.

CONCENTRATION EXERCISES

(CONCENTRATION OF ATTENTION)

EXERCISE 27.

The aim is to learn to control the body’s muscular movements.

Sit on a chair and try to remain completely motionless for 5 minutes. If it is difficult to avoid involuntary movements while sitting on a chair, begin by practicing the exercise while sitting in an armchair or even lying down. Through practice, absolute stillness can be achieved. Make sure that the muscles do not become “petrified.” On the contrary, completely release all muscular tension and feel comfortable, relaxed, and at peace.

The exercise is considered mastered when you are able to sit in this position for 20 minutes.

EXERCISE 28.

The aim is to learn to control the movements of your body.

Sit on a chair with your shoulders hanging freely. Keep your head in the most comfortable position. Raise one outstretched arm to shoulder height, extended to the side with the palm facing upward. Looking at your fingers, maintain control over the arm’s stillness. After some time, smoothly lower the arm. Then do the same withwith the other hand.

For the first time, 1 minute is sufficient. The exercise is considered mastered if you can keep your hand completely still for 15 minutes.

A simpler version that can be used while mastering the exercise is raising the arm to the side with the palm facing downward.

EXERCISE 29.

The goal is to learn to control the body's movements.

Place the hand clenched into a fist on the right knee. Extend the index finger along the leg. Move the finger from left to right and from right to left, focusing all your attention on these movements. The exercise should be performed for 5 minutes. Do the same with the index finger of the left hand.

Constantly return your wandering attention to the movement of the fingers.

EXERCISE 30.

The goal is to learn to control the body's movements.

Take a glass of water. Holding it as usual, extend your arm in front of you, aiming to keep the water in the glass still. For the first time, 1 minute is sufficient. You should develop the ability to hold the glass for 5 minutes without moving.

More advanced variations:

а) hold the glass by its bottom with your fingers

б) fill the glass right to the brim, so that, due to surface wetting, the water rises above the rim of the glass.

In this case, you have to control every movement of your arm while lifting the glass. Complete control is exercised even over the arm's micro-movements.

EXERCISE 31.

THE GOAL is to develop complete, everyday control over the body's movements and reactions to light, sound.

Throughout the day, try to avoid excessive muscular tension in the body. Movements should be precise and free. Eliminate involuntary scratching at the back of the head; do not rock your chair, squint, frown, move your tongue while reading silently, or flinch if an unexpectedly loud sound occurs. In this way, you gradually gain control over your body and involuntary muscular movements.

Having mastered the exercises for controlling involuntary movements, one learns to subject voluntary muscular movements to the direct control of willpower.

EXERCISE 32.

PURPOSE: developing control over movements.

Place clenched fists on the table in front of you, with the palms facing outward. Focus all your attention on extending the fingers one at a time. First, slowly unclench the thumb of the right hand, then the index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger. In reverse order, beginning with the little finger, slowly clench the fingers into a fist again.

Then do the same with the right hand.

Gradually, as you become more practiced, increase the speed of the finger movements. You should bring the speed of the complete cycle of unclenching and clenching both hands into fists to two seconds, avoiding abrupt movements and maintaining complete control over each individual finger movement. Learn the exercises at the speed that is most comfortable for you.

The exercise is performed under constant observation and control of movements.

The exercise is extremely tiring, but very beneficial.

CONCENTRATION OF ATTENTION

With deep concentration of attention, thoughts are directed toward only one goal, all the senses are switched off, and the sensation of the body disappears. The depth of concentration on abstract objects is called meditation, the highest form of which is the complete absence of thoughts.

Training to improve concentration of attention should be conducted daily. This can be done in any conditions, even on public transport. At first, one should monitor one’s posture (the back and head should be aligned along the same vertical line); later, this will become a habit and be performed automatically.

EXERCISE 33.

It is necessary to sit down, relax, and concentrate one’s attention on a glass ball 2–5 centimeters in diameter, trying to penetrate the ball. Nothing should attract attention except the ball.

When one succeeds in completely mastering one’s attention to the point that it can be freely held inside the ball, another ball is added.

Shift attention from one ball to the other until the first ball even disappears from the field of vision. Once this has been mastered, add another ball. Continue in this way until there are 9 balls.

The main task is to penetrate only the next ball without seeing the others.

EXERCISE 34.

While sitting with the eyes closed, relax the body’s muscles and concentrate attention on the bridge of the nose. Imagine that breathing occurs through the point between the eyebrows. Do up to six inhalations and exhalations. While breathing, mentally repeat the phrase: "The brain possesses inexhaustible energy. I control it." At the same time, imagine that during inhalation the words somehow enter the brain (like a drawn bowstring), and during exhalation they fly forward (like an arrow).

EXERCISE 35. (Concentration on a candle flame)

Sit on the floor in a dark room with your legs crossed, placing a lit candle 90–100 cm from your eyes.

Completely disconnect from all external stimuli and achieve a loss of bodily sensation. Look at the brightest point in the candle flame, trying to move there, to that point, and striving to feel complete identification with it. You must look without blinking.

Through systematic training, extend the contemplation to 10 minutes. Then gradually increase the number of candles to 8, placing them next to one another in a line. Add one candle at a time and concentrate on each candle in turn for a minute and a half, trying not to see the candles standing nearby during that time.

Once you have mastered the exercise, arrange the candles in a cross. After mastering this as well, arrange them in a diamond, a wave, and a circle. The main task is not to notice the other candles.

EXERCISE 36.

(From ancient Indian psychotechnics)

PURPOSE: to master the art of concentration on an external object.

Direct your gaze at the tip of your nose while half-closing your eyes. Perform the exercise in the morning and evening.

Begin with 3 minutes. Gradually increase the duration to 10 minutes.

The exercise develops the ability to control one’s psyche.

EXERCISE 37.

(From ancient Indian psychotechnics)

PURPOSE: to master the art of concentration.

Direct the gaze toward the space between the eyebrows and fix the gaze in this position.

Begin with 2 minutes. Gradually increase the duration to 10 minutes.

EXERCISE 38.

(Concentration of attention while the muscles are relaxed)

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, relax the muscles of the body, and evoke a sensation of warmth throughout the body. Focus your attention on the point between the eyebrows, trying to sense it. Imagine that you are breathing through this point. During breathing, while exhaling through the point, feel the objects located in front of you, trying to determine their shape and location.

EXERCISE 39.

Purpose: to activate the frontal chakra

Relax and focus your attention on the frontal chakra. Imagine that an enormous amount of cosmic energy is concentrated in the chakra. Try to imagine (“see”) a glowing ball in the visual center. Move this ball into the frontal chakra, where it should also radiate light. After one minute, move the ball back into the visual center and allow it to gradually “fade out.”

Perform this exercise for 10–15 minutes twice a day for one week. A warming sensation in the chakra area indicates that the exercise has been performed successfully.

Recommended training time in the morning after waking up or in the evening before going to bed.

EXERCISE 40.

While in a state of complete relaxation, evoke within yourself an all-consuming feeling of love for all living beings—people and animals.

Strive to make all feelings and emotions disappear except for the feeling of infinite love.

Accumulate so much love within yourself that it overflows and is ready to pour outward. Mentally direct this flow into the frontal chakra so that it rushes outward through it. Having “released” the emotion of love, return to your normal state. Duration: 5–10 minutes.

One week is sufficient for this exercise.

TRANSMISSION OF THOUGHTS OVER A DISTANCE

EXERCISE 41.

Have your partner sit opposite you so that your eyes are 90 cm apart.

Take 8 cards in your hands and fan them out as in a card game. Mentally choose one of the cards and cultivate the desire for your partner to draw precisely that card. Instruct your partner to look into your eyes and think of nothing. They must draw the card on command, without thinking, as if intuitively.

Bring the cards almost up to the line of sight connecting your eyes. You need to look into your partner’s eyes while simultaneously seeing the cards.

At the same time, sense the card you have chosen; make the desire of your own “I” overflow, and concentrate on this one desire and the thought that your partner will draw this card.

When you feel that the desire has grown into ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY, commandin a firm voice: “Take the seven of spades” (if you have chosen the seven of spades).

The partner will draw exactly that card.

Even the first time, the cards will be guessed with almost one hundred percent accuracy.

This exercise helps develop willpower, the ability to transmit mental suggestions, and confidence in one’s own abilities.

EXERCISE 42.

PURPOSE — suggesting movement in a given direction.

While in a theater, try to suggest to the person sitting in front of you that they turn around. This is not so simple, since the person being influenced is absorbed in the performance. Therefore, the experiment is more successful when there is a personal connection between the person giving the suggestion and the person being influenced. They should either be close in spirit, education, or upbringing, or be an acquaintance.

EXERCISE 43.

PURPOSE — suggesting movement in a given direction.

Stand by a window so that you are higher than all passersby. Direct your gaze from above at a passerby’s head, concentrating all your thoughts on the sole desire that the passerby raise their head and look into your eyes.

This is a good way to test your increased mastery.

The exercise can be modified.

As you walk past windows, make everyone standing by the windows look at you.

EXERCISE 44.

HYPNOTIC TUBE FOR INDUCED HYPNOSIS.

(influence through a photograph.)

First of all, withdraw to a secluded place, lie down, relax, enter a state of trance (autogenic immersion), and concentrateall their mental energy, all their radiating power, all their desire to influence the subject being focused on, the person they wish to influence. They concentrate on this single thought.

If they have never seen this person, they try to imagine their image, face, and posture (to the point of hallucination).

If this person is personally known to them, or their face is familiar from a photograph, they imagine only their face.

If they have a photograph or are familiar with this person’s appearance, they imagine their appearance as accurately as possible.

Then, looking with their mind’s eye at the created image, they implant the intended thoughts. This should be done several times.

With each subsequent “repetition,” the thought being implanted will become stronger, the energy more active, and the desire more defined.

The effect will be stronger if they mentally imagine that, during the influence, they are looking at the person’s face through a tube approximately three centimeters in diameter.

EXERCISE 45.

INFLUENCING PLANTS

Plants provide a convenient way to test one’s abilities of mental influence.

For this purpose, take the seeds of a fast-growing plant and three pots with soil. Plant seven seeds in each pot.

Pot No. 1 will be the control.

Through the frontal chakra, pour into Pot No. 2 a feeling of love for the seeds planted in it, while simultaneously visualizing the seeds producing sprouts and slowly germinating.

Into Pot No. 3, pour onto the seeds the emotion of disgust, imagining that they are weeds that must be destroyed and that they will grow in conditions in which they will not survive.

Ten minutes of exposure to each pot daily is sufficient.

The exercise is considered mastered when a noticeable difference in plant growth is observed compared with the control pot.

DEVELOPMENTAL EXERCISES FOR PSYCHOKINESIS

EXERCISE 46.

Place a needle in a saucer of water so that it remains on the water’s surface. You may add a few drops of oil to the water.

Relax and mentally prepare yourself (give yourself a mental instruction) to conduct the experiment.

After preparing accordingly, from a distance of 30 cm, concentrate your gaze on the needle, imagining that it begins to rotate. This usually starts to work only after numerous attempts, so it is important not to become discouraged after the first failures.

Only after achieving stable rotation of the needle during every attempt using your gaze should you increase the distance.

It is sufficient to do this twice a day for 5 minutes.

EXERCISE 47.

WORKING WITH ONE DIE.

To perform this exercise, you will need 6 ordinary dice with faces marked with dots from 1 to 6, a cup for mixing the dice, and stiff cardboard. Begin the first experiments with 1 die. Place the die with the face showing one dot, or, as it is commonly called, “one,” facing upward.

Take several deep breaths in and out. Then, for 5 minutes, concentrate your attention on the die lying on the cardboard, trying as if to absorb the image of the die face showing “one.”

For verification, you can close your eyes and make sure that the visual image of the die appears without effort or strain, as if standing before your inner eye.

It is important to “see” without straining. Once you have achieved a stable visual image, open your eyes, place the die in the cup, shake it, and toss the die onto the cardboard 12 times in a row.

AT THE MOMENT OF THE TOSS, THERE MUST BE A COMPLETE

ABSENCE OF THOUGHTS !!!!!!!!

If the desired face, “1,” appears at least 5 times, this indicates that psychokinetic abilities have already manifested. Continue the exercises until stable results are achieved.

You must not move on if there is no stable result when working with one die.

EXERCISE 48.

WORKING WITH TWO DICE.

Take both dice in one hand, inspect them carefully, and feel them by touch.

Then everything is done similarly to the previous exercise with one die: place the dice so that the total number of pips on the top faces does not exceed 5, and concentrate your attention on these faces; then open your eyes and make a toss.

Five successful tosses out of 12 prove significant progress in psychokinesis.

EXERCISE 49.

WORKING WITH SIX DICE.

Arrange all 6 dice so that the top face shows “1.”After achieving a clear “vision,” place all the dice in a cup, cover it with your palm, and shake them for 2–3 minutes.

Then, with a free sweep of the hand, throw the dice so that they fall while rotating freely. At the moment of the throw, vividly imagine the dice falling with their “ones” facing upward.

The measure of success is no more than 24 points (the total result of one throw), provided that all 4 dice land with their “ones” facing upward.

The final stage of training with 6 dice is learning to throw no more than 144 points over the results of 6 throws.

BIOSENSING TRAINING. TREASURE HUNTING.

There are several simple methods for developing dowsing abilities.

THE FRAME

The simplest frame is made from wire bent into the shape of the letter “L” and any tube into which one end of the wire is inserted. The handle is usually 15–20 cm long, and the horizontal arm is 30–40 cm long. Usually, clockwise movement of the frame means “YES,” while counterclockwise movement means “NO.”

A good operator can obtain practically any answer to any question.

The frame is particularly effective for locating underground cavities, deposits of useful minerals, and large gas pockets (at depths of several kilometers), breaks in various underground utilities, and so on.

At the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, previously unknown underground passages were discovered using dowsing, and locations of possible treasures and secret burials were identified. In Norway Dowsing was always used when searching for silver ore.

DEVELOPING BIOLOCATION ABILITIES

EXERCISE 50.

Place some large object—a box, vase, etc.—on an empty table. The operator should attune themselves to this object to such an extent that, when moving their hand with the rod parallel to the table, the rod begins to respond by deflecting to one side or the other.

EXERCISE 51.

Ask someone to hide a particular object in the room. While mentally visualizing the object, move the rod at different levels. After a relatively small number of training sessions, the rod begins to respond consistently to the object being sought.

Fig. The operator works with a pendulum using a diagram.

The main thing when working with a rod and pendulum is absolute confidence in your abilities. The slightest doubt, and the rod or pendulum will immediately begin producing an incorrect result.
