On the Your Yoga website, I gave many practices for stopping the inner dialogue.
I also gave a very effective practice in the intensive course, here: Intensive Course – Developing the Vision of Light
Nevertheless, for many people, the inner dialogue still interferes with meditation or mystical practices.
And despite the fact that I have given 100% effective techniques, they do not work for some people.
And this is precisely the case when the practitioner does not actually want the inner dialogue to stop. In that case, no matter what practices you give them, they will not work. Sometimes there are even cases where a practitioner writes that they want to get rid of the inner dialogue, but in fact, they do not. They want to chatter inside themselves. For one reason or another, they NEED it.
And this is already a psychological problem. If it is resolved, everything will start working.
Most often, this involves returning to the past. For example, there may be events that make you feel guilty, and you defend yourself by replaying scenarios in which you are right or not at fault.
Or perhaps you do not get enough communication now, and the chatter in your mind replaces the communication you are missing...
There can be many possibilities.
When you stop justifying yourself somewhere inside, proving something to someone (about yourself, internally, in your thoughts), replaying mistakes, and so on, the inner dialogue will disappear on its own or become minimal.
And this can happen even without any practices.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that the psychological aspect is very important.
