Freedom from Energy Vampirism 2.0

Thank you for this very valuable reminder. After all, the basics are the basics. It reminded me of how something similar was taught long ago in one of the extended meditation courses, right at the beginning of my acquaintance with practices in general—and only after several days of preliminary practices, without explaining what it was all about. The essence reveals itself anyway as a result of the clarity of consciousness gained by overcoming impulses and obstacles. The lesson has clearly not yet been mastered to perfection, so I am taking up this tool again!
A wonderful and useful practice. Very simple in theory, yet profound and consciousness-expanding.
A magnificent practice! I didn’t think I would be able to endure it, because something is always tingling or prickling somewhere. I thought I wouldn’t be able to lie still. But it turned out to be the opposite. Not a single distraction! I turned into a real stone. The alarm didn’t go off. When I opened my eyes, I realized that I had been lying there for an hour and a half. I could have stayed there even longer. I did it a second time the next day. Everything was great. I just don’t know whether this practice should be done every day.
Wonderful practice!! Thank you, Om Shanti, for giving it to us. It reveals and removes vampiric and negative channels, and negative entities. It gives you more energy, joy, and peace. It somehow creates energetic distance from vampiric objects. I call this practice "Self-Exorcism." The practice is lengthy and extremely valuable. The last time I did it, for a couple of minutes I felt as if I were being hit with a hammer on the bones on the left side of my body. I didn’t stop the practice; I continued, and the pain eventually went away. (The vampires couldn’t get through)))) During the second-to-last session of the practice, there was such a prolonged painful jolt in my thigh that my right leg began to shake with convulsions. I remained calm and continued doing the practice, but I couldn’t stop the convulsions through willpower alone; I would have had to stand up and end the practice. Then it passed. The practice is indeed very simple, but you need to devote time to it. You keep doing it, and then—bam—very intense physical sensations appear, and you need to endure them and not give up. But the results of the practice are a flow of freshness, energy, and joy.
