Sea and Sun Meditation 1.0

Thank you, magical meditation! At first, the voice guided me, guided me, and then it was as if my consciousness switched off and I flew far away, but it wasn’t a dream. When I came to, I felt as though my strength had returned and my mind was clear in the moment.

After the meditation, I feel filled with warmth and very comfortable. My mind is clear, too. Thank you!

Here, in this meditation, the music has a powerful effect. I could not always hear the words; the flow of the music lulled me, but apparently my consciousness heard the words, because I saw a clearing, incredibly bright sunlight dazzling my eyes, and white sand. A captivating voice broke through the music—literally broke through it. The melody was like an answer to the sadness in my heart; peace came, along with the confidence that everything is wonderful. It is difficult for me to describe how the music affected me... incredibly beautiful.
