Instant Evolution (Audio 2) 1.0

The first listening gave me a feeling of physical processes taking place inside, beneath the skull, as if something inside was moving, expanding, and warming up... Perhaps I should have stopped at 10 minutes to begin with and had some water... I liked the information that I already know the answers to all the questions... After studying at the Om Shanti School for three months, I have already started noticing that many questions cease to be questions for me as such, because I have ready answers to them, and I have some kind of confidence that my knowledge is true, that it is only this way and no other)) I had never had such confidence in myself before... I don't know where it all comes from... But it's great!))

Thank you, Om Shanti, for this unique program. I really like it now. I try to listen to it every few days. At first, my mind seemed to resist and reject some of the phrases. This passed after listening to it 7–10 times. It was as if my mind got used to these affirmations and began to accept them.

I really enjoyed the program. It gives me the feeling of being in space, as if everything is within my power. Amazing sensations. I did it right after using a malware uninstaller, figuring that an empty space never stays empty. I decided to fill the freed-up space with Instant Evolution. I had used the previous version of the program before, but I like this one more. Thank you.

Thank you so much, Sergey Vasilyevich, for the “Instant Evolution” program. I listen to it through headphones at a low volume, with the voice sounding like a soothing background. Then it comes over me like a wave from outer space and engulfs me—you feel something mystical and supernatural. I like it. It is somewhat like music, yet at the same time unlike it… like sounds coming from somewhere very far away, perhaps from other galaxies… And most importantly, it works.

I’ve been listening for 7 days now. Twice a day, from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours. Each day, the process becomes more enjoyable) My body is responding clearly.

I listened to it once in the evening before going to bed, and by morning I had found an excellent solution for healing the emotional wound of betrayal. Two years ago, I used the video created by OM Shanti, “Healing the Wounds of Betrayal,” and it helped immediately. I had already forgotten about it, but then the wound was reopened and everything started all over again... This video did not help; I understood that nothing good would come of it, but I could not pull myself together. In the morning, I began reflecting: we cover the fire of the wound with distractions such as work, hobbies, and so on, but the fire burns through this clay, and everything starts over again. Then the solution came to me: to fill the place of the fire with Divine Light—and I immediately felt such relief. I realized that the new “Instant Evolution” program helped me make this decision, and most importantly, that all of this is God’s Grace for my Soul! Many years ago, I practiced earlier versions of the program. The results were good. This program is more interesting and better. Thank you, dear OM SHANTI!

In my view and experience, this new program is much better than the previous version in every respect.

Unfortunately, I have to give it a poor rating because of the many extraneous noises during the meditation. In many places, especially at the beginning and end, there are sounds resembling a hammer striking metal. These sounds are very unpleasant, leaving me in a state of shock and with an unpleasant impression of the program. Although, if I’m not mistaken, these extra sounds were not there before; they appeared later.

I practiced for 7 days. The most important result I achieved during this short period, and the one that became especially apparent, was a complete cessation of the inner dialogue. Relaxation occurs almost immediately, and therefore cleansing as well. I like that you can practice while doing something else, so no time is lost—which is very valuable to me. Thank you.

A very beautiful audio program with a mystical perspective.

A wonderful program! It differs from the first one not only in its text, but also in the way it is perceived. At first, the encrypted sounds seemed too gloomy, and I felt somewhat anxious. But this passed by the second listening. I think my subconscious was signaling that something new was reaching it—something that had not been there before. Now I listen to it several times in a row every day, and there is no inner tension at all. Many thanks to Uichtel! Each new Instant Evolution (starting with the one that was on the Your Yoga website) makes me happier and happier :)
