The meditation relaxes you. You immerse yourself deeply. At first, some kind of inner control kicks in, but then it relaxes and fades away. Images appear, and I completely forgot that I was supposed to invite or call someone or meet with someone. I simply lay there and relaxed, watching the images that changed one after another. The immersion was very deep; you forget where you are. I felt it like a dream—an unconscious one. Then I remembered again that I was meditating and watched the images. Sometimes it would throw me out, and then I would go back in and continue watching the images. But I did not try to call anyone.
