This School Store product has increased in price by 100 rubles. As I have already mentioned, this does not affect anyone who purchased this Product before.
Three types of breathing have been added in the form of three audio files.
Explanations have been added for them, along with new breathing tests and my new useful explanations of proper breathing.
As before, the most important thing for me is making the transition to proper breathing accessible. Because most often there are many methods, while people continue to breathe incorrectly just as they did before. This is because many things are too complicated and unclear for them.
My method is clear and as simple as possible. But most importantly, it is natural. There is no need to breathe into any bags or torment yourself by depriving yourself of air.
Everything happens naturally.
