This is very useful! I constantly encounter this both in real life and after watching videos on YouTube, and even when reading articles online. I feel other people's energy mixing with mine, and sometimes this lowers my vibrations or changes me, as if something is intruding into me. I don't like it. I cleanse myself, but of course it is better not to become polluted in the first place.

The course is for anyone.

The only restriction applies to people involved in black magic and witchcraft.
There is no point in their taking this course.
But if someone practiced witchcraft or black magic and regrets it, deciding to abandon all of it, then they can—and even should—take it.
The consequences of all this activity are extremely destructive for this person's entire lineage.
Even if you did not engage in any of this but someone in your lineage did, there are negative consequences as well. These are also cleansed during this course.

In bioenergetics, purification is often understood as releasing some dirty energy from a person into the Earth.

There is no such thing in Cosmic Energy Yoga.

KAY cleansing sessions do not work that way. If you or your relatives practiced witchcraft, KAY does not return anything to you or your relatives.
It returns only to those who did it to you or to your lineage.

How KAY personally cleanses you of your own witchcraft in the past (perhaps even in past incarnations):

Yes, nothing is forgotten in the Book of Life. Everything is recorded.
The fact that we cast spells on someone in the past is neither a secret nor hidden.
But if, in this incarnation, you have renounced witchcraft, repented, and regret it, then only the energy ingredients will return—not the actual blow inflicted on another person with those energy ingredients.

For example, a boxer has a boxing glove. He hit another person with it and broke their jaw. And he is happy about it. He has not repented. He will receive the same blow in return, resulting in a broken jaw.
But with KAY, if the boxer has repented, the glove will simply return to him, and that is all.
