It is best to lie down comfortably, with your palms facing upward. This will help you relax more fully. You can even help yourself by thinking that you have simply gone to bed. Then your body will relax very quickly, because it will think that it is time to sleep. But you must remain attentive so as not to let yourself fall asleep. Balance on this relaxation. Maintain it. This will take approximately 5 minutes.
Then imagine that heavy balls are resting on your palms. Perhaps you have seen jugglers in the Circuslarge steel balls. Very heavy balls. Say, weighing about 50 kilograms or more. Feel the weight of the balls on your palms. You can even spread your fingers apart, as you might when holding an ordinary ball, so that it rests more securely in your palm.
Gradually move from the image of iron balls to the sensation that these are energy balls. Feel how they do not merely press against the skin, but press deep into the palms (as 50-kilogram balls would). In other words, the weight moves inward. Inevitably, you will feel warmth in your palms. Continue holding these heavy energy balls in your palms. At the end, think only about the centers of your palms. You may feel certain unusual sensations there, such as energy becoming denser, itching, burning, electricity, etc.

This course was created in a special way. You are given a step-by-step program in the form of specific weekly lessons that you complete one step at a time.
The TG course consists of 3 levels. The first is the most important, because it enables you to receive any information regardless of whether or not you can see. However, many will agree that being able to see the information as well makes it more powerful. That is why I consider levels 1 and 2 to be the most important.
But as a rule, if you use 3 channels (claircognizance - level 1, seeing - level 2, clairaudience - level 3), you will form a better understanding of the information you receive, because the information comes through three channels. Even if none of them is perfect—that is, suppose you receive 30% through each of them—the total will already be 90%, which is much higher than if you used only one channel. I think this is clear to everyone here.
How should you complete the levels?
I recommend completing the first level, practicing the first level, then moving on to the second level and practicing the second level (as described in the material—by weeks), and then proceeding to level 3.
The most important are levels 1 and 2 levels. But as I have already said, a multi-channel approach to obtaining information is always superior. And at each level, you work with one channel: clairvoyance, aura vision, clairaudience.

What is the KAY-Master add-on?
First of all, there is the basic KAY-Master level: this is someone who has completed the KAY course.
And I recommend not taking the Master level right away, but practicing at the KAY-Master level for at least 2–3 months.
First, you will find out whether you need to continue with the Master level or not.
Second, you will prepare for the more complex energy work involved at the KAY-Master level.
The KAY-Master level does not differ in any way from the KAY-Master level. You can remain at the basic level and use KAY perfectly well.
But the main thing that the KAY Master's program provides is greater convenience and speed of work.

But I repeat once again that you can remain at the KAY-Master level and continue working perfectly well. The strength or quality of the energies does not change at the KAY-Master level.

Who gave this Yoga to people?
The Higher Beings (Powers) of the Universe.
This Yoga was given for the Age of Aquarius (which began recently), so that people could use cosmic energy—the energy of the Universe—rather than the limited resources endowed to a person from birth (bioenergy). In other words, the energy is drawn from the Cosmos; it is not bioenergy, which tends to run out sooner or later. Cosmic energy is inexhaustible in human terms.
Therefore, you do not expend your own energy during energy work, as many beginner yogis do; instead, you draw cosmic energy for the work. This is the essence of the Energy of the Cosmos. It is a new stage in the development of Humanity, which previously used mainly bioenergy in healing (that of the healer or the person being healed, both of which have their own limited resources).
What will you have after the initiation?
Opening the Cosmic Energy Yoga channel, with access to an unlimited reserve of the Cosmos's energy.
The complete opening of the seventh (cosmic) chakra, located above the head, called Sahasrara, or the chakra that connects us with the Cosmos. It resembles a radiant lotus whose stem is the central energy channel (Sushumna).
Before the initiation, you are cleansed on all levels, which takes about five sessions (depending on your level of purity).

Why might something feel uncomfortable somewhere?
Because cleansing work will be carried out, and various energy vampires, attachments, limiters, nooses, ceilings, energy hoops, and energy barrels on the head will be removed (many people’s heads are very tightly closed off and blocked by all kinds of energy structures, so they see and understand nothing about reality), and so on. There are people who will feel everything during the initiation, and there are people who will not feel anything at all. It is simply a matter of sensitivity. Whether you feel something or not does not matter. Cosmic energies are subtle, and they work on a subtle level. They are not as "blunt" as bioenergies.
