Very profound meanings are revealed in the series; for example, the Goa'uld greatly resemble the human brain. They are also located in the human body, just like our brain, and are even similar to it. If I'm not mistaken, in season 3, episode 4, I was struck by the plot of the episode in which SG-1 fall into a trap of illusions and replay the events of their lives in a loop, exactly as we keep replaying the same plot throughout our lives. Overall, in my opinion, this series has a lot of useful things to take from.
By the way, it has a sequel, which I am already watching. It's called Stargate Atlantis.
