FIRST MEDITATION:
The “Instant Healing” meditation cycle is a series of practices devoted to inner restoration, relaxation, and connecting with a person’s deeper resources.
At the heart of these meditations is the idea of the inner healer — the natural life force present in every person and connected with the body’s ancient memory of health, balance, and wholeness.
These practices are intended to gently guide you inward, toward the breath, the body, silence, inner light, and a state of deep peace.
During the meditative process, attention is directed toward the ancient memory of health embedded in the body, cells, brain, and subtle levels of consciousness. Through images of light, breath, an inner source, and a living flow, the meditations help attune you to the natural mechanisms of restoration, harmonization, and renewal.

The title “Instant Healing” unfolds as an unseen message to our Inner Ancient Being: when a person stops fighting themselves and returns to a state of peace, trust, and connection with life.
