What is Akshaya Tritiya:- “Akshaya” means imperishable, inexhaustible, eternal.
- “Tritiya” is the third lunar day of the waxing moon.
- Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the Sun is exalted (in Aries) and the Moon is exalted (in Taurus) at the same time—creating a very powerful and auspicious energy.
Why this is important:- The Sun and Moon govern the right and left hemispheres of the brain, the psyche, and the state of consciousness—the masculine and feminine. They also govern the ancestral lines through the father and mother.
- When both luminaries are strong, intuition, thinking, and understanding become clearer, and inner darkness disappears.
- It is a day of unconquerable achievements—everything begun on this day produces a long-lasting, solid result.
What is recommended:- Charity, offerings, and donations (they return manifold).
- Engagements, weddings, and conceiving children.
- Beginning serious endeavors, businesses, and projects.
- Buying real estate and vehicles (if you intend to keep them for a long time).
- Signing important documents.
- Planting a garden, studying, and spiritual practices.
- Gifts (especially jewelry—they will bring happiness for years).
- Pilgrimages, but not short trips.
- The auspicious yoga “Jaya” begins on April 29 at 20:35.
- The main day is April 30.
Advice:- Set intentions for the benefit of others and for spiritual growth.
- Turn to your Deity or inner guide.
- Remain in a calm and confident state, as if what you desire is already coming into being.
Come up with an intention whose fulfillment will bring benefit to everyone.
For example: I want a lot of money.
Reflect on how you will spend the money that comes to you.
In other words, why you want it for yourself.
Literally visualize, for example, giving some of it to a relative who is in great need of it; perhaps they will buy a good jacket that will keep them warm in winter, and they will be very happy.
Buy a spiritual book about God.
Go on a pilgrimage.
We are all currently studying the Srimad Bhagavatam in my Ashram.
This is very beneficial karma.
It contains stories about God.
And often God appears to someone in response to their prayers, supported by austerities, and the first thing He says sounds approximately like this: “I am very glad that your desire is connected with the desire to help other living beings...”
You see how important this is.
