The topic will be interesting to those who completed — Days of Mourning and Weeping in the Solar Calendar
So, Ameretat means immortality.
Ameretat was the spirit of plants. According to researchers of the antiquity of the peoples of Earth, knowledge of this goes back to the idea of the World Tree at the source of living water, to knowledge of bodily immortality.
By the way, we are currently studying a course on the spirits of plants and the ethers — here.
Ameretat is a Spirit. The chief Spirit of God. One of the seven chief Spirits of God. This information dates back to ancient Assyrian times, of course, thousands of years ago, when God was called AhuRA.
This great Spirit has its own day.
And that is August 14–15.
As I have already mentioned, the ancient Assyrians, and not only they, divided the day not from 00:00 to 00:00, but from sunrise to the next sunrise.
That is why it is written that the beginning of this Spirit’s day is on the 14th–15th.
This Spirit grants a long and healthy life. But it can also grant relative immortality.
Rejuvenation and life-extension practices are especially effective on this day.
On this day, it is good to leave imprints of your feet and hands on the ground or wet sand.
Simply stand on wet ground somewhere by a river or on the seashore, so that your footprints are left behind.
This removes all negative energy from you.
On this day, water is “living”; it fills you with vitality, as if breathing life into a person.
It is important to greet the sun on this day—that is, to wake up before sunrise.
As usual, you can keep track of the solar days here:
