The technique is called “FIVE ANCESTORS.”
Australian doctors hold the Chinese kung fu master Stephen Tiong, a native of Shaolin who now lives in Australia, in very high regard and call him the bamboo healer.
All the exercises in this video must be performed exactly as the Master demonstrates them:
Stephen Tiong was born on November 16, 1957.
Master Tiong began studying kung fu at the age of 15. In 1977, he decided to move to Australia for further development.
In 1979, with the blessing of his Teachers, Stephen Tiong founded the Kung Chuan Men’s Fitness Academy in South Australia. During the Academy’s existence, his students won numerous prizes in martial arts competitions; the school achieved particularly widespread recognition in the 1980s.
During this time, Stephen himself changed professions several times—from architect to real estate agent. However, since he remained directly involved in martial arts throughout this period and knew firsthand what injuries and their consequences were, circumstances compelled him to seek ways to eliminate them effectively.
He is still young, but due to various circumstances he felt that he had begun to age rapidly, and at 49 he already looked considerably older than his chronological age.
By 2006, Stephen Tiong had managed to reconstruct the ancient Shaolin technique Wuchu (“5 Ancestors”).
After testing the technique on himself, he was able to confirm that it:
- works very well, even when other available treatments have failed;
- heals injuries naturally;
- treats not only current injuries but also helps with chronic injuries and pain (in particular, Tiong recommends the technique to professional footballers and golfers);
- restores a person’s range of movement (Restoring Range of Movement—ROM).
Among Russian-speaking women interested in facial techniques, Master Tiong became known in 2007 thanks to a demonstration of the “Detox” facial massage technique, which is part of the Wuchu technology in the Dit Da discipline (the art of kung fu healing). He decided to make it public by filming himself performing the technique.
The next filming of the massage took place in 2011. Over those four years, Stephen Tiong came to look significantly better.
