Raga.
RA — light.
Ga — going far (another meaning: spreading far or coming from afar).
If anyone has visited Ayurvedic centers, they probably could not help but hear melodies playing in the background. This is Raga.
And Raga is healing. I would recommend listening for at least 10 minutes every day. Just turn it on, relax, and listen.
You do not need to do anything during these 10 minutes. Simply sit and listen.
Headphones are better if you do not have good speakers. The sound coming from laptop speakers cannot be called high-quality—simply not at all.
Where can you find Raga?
Actually, it is easy. For example, go to YouTube and enter the following in the search bar:
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Healing+Ragas
Of course, all Ragas are healing to one degree or another. But this way, you will immediately get to where you need to be.
What can happen while listening?
If you are a person who is always in a hurry, nervous, restless, full of fears and worries, you may initially find Raga extremely unpleasant.
It may seem like complete nonsense, or even worse—something terribly unpleasant.
This means that you definitely need to listen to Raga. It will pass as soon as Raga begins to heal you.
And it begins by healing the psyche.
I also spoke extensively about Raga, as well as harmonious instruments such as the Vina, in my Sadhana Ashram, hidden from this world’s ignorance.

As an example, I’ll post several audio recordings by Raga:
