Energy is a Divine Hypostasis, and He bestows it on each person at His discretion. He decides when, how much, and to whom to give it! That is how I think about energy.
Energy is a concept of the Mind, just like time and distance. The Mind itself is also its own concept (it is also called Consciousness, Reality, and so on). Reality implies action, whose components include movement, what moves, and the space in which it occurs, etc.; hence energy (the difference in potentials), time and distance (winds and vibrations; wave theory, string theory, and so on), and mass (densities)—conditionally, these may be called the laws of Nature.
One might also ask: where does the Mind come from? The answer would be: from the vacuum (ether), that is, from something that cannot be described by the Mind (one can only invent hypotheses—assumptions), or it can be characterized as “from Nothing, which is Everything.” Everything written here is also a concept of the Mind. This is all at the level of concepts.
At the applied level, certain patterns are noticed, and by generalizing them, assumptions—hypotheses—are put forward. These are based on axioms (postulates), from which theorems (commandments) and “proofs” (statements) are derived for application in one field or another. Here, the Mind truly shows itself in all its glory, mixing “truth and falsehood (distortion)” so thoroughly—that is simply its nature.
Energy E=mc2. It is a state of matter in which matter moves from a dense state to a more rarefied state. The speed of energy depends on the difference in the density of matter between two objects located in space. The movement of matter is determined by the difference in the masses of two bodies. Space is filled from dense regions toward rarefied ones. Space filled with matter of varying densities strives toward an equilibrium distribution of matter in space, causing movement. This distribution of matter’s density in space occurs according to the law of the golden ratio. Thus, energy is the movement of material objects brought into equilibrium in a given region of space by a cosmic law. Energy is the movement of matter determined by the law governing the distribution of the density of material objects according to the cosmic law of the golden ratio.
Please do not judge too harshly; these are merely my thoughts about energy.
