I received my set. The oils are simply amazing

Apparently, my sense of smell is well developed, and I receive a lot of information and emotions through it.
When I'm out in nature, I often pick various herbs, buds, and flowers. I like breathing in their aroma—you kind of immerse yourself in the essence of the plant. Today Om Shanti wrote about tansy, and I immediately remembered its spicy scent when you rub tansy flowers in your hands in the summer heat))) or wormwood leaves)
I dry herbs for tea: lemon balm, mint, St. John's wort, and raspberry leaves. I also love breathing in the scent of dried herbs. There is a Healing practice
Your Yoga. Healing tinctures in the air.
I hadn't really gotten along with essential oils before. One winter, I suddenly really wanted the scent of eucalyptus. I bought essential oil at a pharmacy and threw it away immediately(. I had to buy dried leaves instead.
I occasionally bought various oils, but they didn't stay with me either.
I liked all the oils in the set.
Except tea tree oil. But perhaps the parasites in me are protesting))) I'll work on it)
I smelled all the varieties right away. I even got a headache. Don't do as I did) it's very powerful.
I especially liked the frankincense oil. I apply it to my wrists and constantly breathe in the scent—I can't get enough of it. It's as if you're breathing in some other kind of super-fresh mountain air.
I mixed all the oils, 2–3 drops each, into 50 ml of coconut oil. I apply it to my feet and abdomen at night.
I take one oil a day and breathe through a cupped hand. I study the information alongside this.
Some cleansing reactions have already begun. Several pimples have appeared. And sometimes I cough (I'm not ill). But everything is quite mild.
