You need to answer the question:

1. What is awareness?

These days, “be aware,” “don’t lose awareness”... “Stay vigilant,” “don’t fall asleep,” “wake up”... are very much in vogue.

But what is it?

It’s the same as saying, “I love everyone.” So I ask someone, “What does love mean to you?” And the answer is, “Er... well... how should I put it... I need to think about it...” You love everyone, yet you’ve only just decided to find out what it is? Were you deceiving me when you said you loved everyone?

To be an aware person, you first need to know what awareness is!
