Every morning, when I feed my cat Rada, a gray-blue Russian beauty, and her two grown kittens, I imagine that I am feeding all the hungry people on our Earth. May there be peace, and may there be no hungry people. May only those practicing austerity—conscious, healing fasting—remain here. Wishing us all good sense. I am grateful that you all exist.
Every time I practice pranayama, I feel my body recovering and coming into harmony. I feel my consciousness expanding and my connection with the Supreme opening more and more.
As I take the first sip of my morning water, I fill my body not with moisture, but with the life-giving power of the flow of life (Prana), preparing the vessel of the spirit for achievements.
Looking in the mirror, I see not a reflection of flesh, but the face of my higher “Self.” I send it love and a promise to act in accordance with truth.
Every time I eat properly, maintain a healthy water balance, exercise, practice beneficial asanas, take long walks, connect with the Sun and nature, and monitor and maintain the purity of my thoughts, I improve the vessel of the Spirit and attune it to connect with the Higher Self and the Forces.
Opening the door and leaving the house, I cross the threshold between the inner and outer worlds. I go out not as a petitioner, but as a King, carrying my light and order into the world.
Taking my first step along the road, I affirm: “Every step I take leads me toward my Dharma (destiny). The Earth beneath my feet gives me strength and stability.”
Opening my wallet to pay, I realize that I am releasing energy with gratitude, creating space for a new inflow. Money is the blood of the world’s economic organism.
When I eat, I savor not merely food, but the gifts of the earth and the sun. I transform this matter into energy for service and creation, blessing every bite.
When I encounter difficulty or an argument, I take a breath and imagine myself as a deep lake. Waves of emotion glide across the surface, but wisdom rests in the still depths.
