Amazing, it has finally become known!!! Notes are not just notes, but specific informative sounds. Almost like an alphabet carrying a message in its letters. Something definitely happens in the torso; different notes produce different effects, and the body responds.

When I was younger, back when I was studying vocal performance, my teacher always began the lesson with a vocal warm-up on the note SI, and even made me practice at home: in the morning, without getting out of bed, I had to produce this sound; during the day, standing against a wall, exhale with the sound SI; and in the evening before bed, repeat the same thing. The results were noticeable, though. Now it is clear what it was all for, but back then... Thank you for this information!!!
