Oh, this is simply amazing! I listened to it, and it was absolutely fantastic. I adore cats—I have four, and when they purr, it is truly music. An amazingly cozy meditation! This unique presentation makes it very easy to enter the right state. The cats’ purring instantly sets off a wave of relaxation and deeper immersion. I am a complete cat lover; cats have been by my side since childhood, so hearing purring right in my ears takes me back to childhood and fills me with carefree joy. From this state, it is very easy to follow the rest of the meditation and gain tremendous benefit.

How lucky I am! What a joy it is to experience the fruits of your work!

I began the wonderfully magical meditation by looking at the picture-illustration.
It evoked tenderness and a smile. And, interestingly, I spontaneously imagined that grandmother as myself—
and my little house with its neat stove, with those wise creatures, the cats, right beside me.

At the beginning of the listening, my face simply lit up. All the sounds are so lovely!
And then such an interesting state emerged—diving deep within myself while, at the same time, the cats’ purring and other sounds held my attention. I need to practice more to become aware of it.
When I opened my eyes, I looked at the ceiling for a while, and it began to flow. Unclear, transparent, smooth waves and streaks appeared: shades of blue, gray, green, and purple.
They formed into a small mass that began moving toward me.
As it approached, I felt gentle pressure on my body. Kind vibrations emanated from it. It lasted only briefly (something thudded behind the door)), I was slightly distracted, and the energy mass just as smoothly moved away.

The state after the meditation is blissful. Truly wonderful
It is overcast, unseasonably cool, and rainy outside, while inside I feel a quiet joy,
warmth, and coziness.

The cats purred to me) A strong desire arose to leave the city and live closer to nature.

That was my experience today.

P.S.: When I looked at the image of the grandmother, I expected
to hear a less ringing voice, perhaps a more resonant one.
The voice of a truly very elderly person.
Still, the voice in the meditation is pleasant and gentle.

Yes, I know it's AI, but just look at how far progress has come—the intonations are so warm, tender, and soothing... In my impression, perhaps not a grandmother, but a wise, kind mentor, healer, or herbalist who often deals with children and knows how to engage and interest them And the purring of the cats is a song in itself We haven't had a cat for about three years now—he passed on to be reincarnated. But I immediately remembered how he (and the other cats we had before him) loved to snuggle up beside us or at our feet, fall asleep there, and make exactly those sounds. Nostalgiaaa

Namaste! I read the meditation description and the reviews, was impressed, and decided to try the meditation in this new format, especially with purring! Here’s what happened to me: during the day, I started meditating while lying down and almost immediately literally fell asleep (this usually happens to me with new meditations). I woke up as it was ending, so I missed everything that happened during it! I only remember the first few phrases, that’s all! But I didn’t stop there—I started the recording again, with the same result, and this happened five times in a row (!!!). What’s interesting is that the meditation itself lasts only 17 minutes, but I felt as though I had slept a full night and woken up to an alarm clock! Once would have been understandable, but five times… In the evening, I tried the meditation sitting in an armchair rather than lying down, because I really wanted to listen to it! But the same thing happened. I’ll keep experimenting! This meditation has really intrigued me—but for some reason my body reacted this way. Maybe it’s being cautious when encountering new effects and needs a longer period to adapt?! Still, it was an interesting experience! Thank you, Om Shanti!

Медитация супер!!! Ом Шанти, благодарю за новый чудесный инструмент для духовного развития и самосовершенствования! Я даже не ожидала такого эффекта! Новый формат даёт ощущение полного присутствия в каком-то другом измерении, а мурчание действительно добавляет дополнительно спокойствия и расслабления! При этом состояние после медитации возвышенное: не просто расслабилась и отдохнула, а получила заряд световой энергии и напутствие от Высшего Сознания и своей Души! Намасте ) Я не знаю слов, чтоб описать мои чувства от медитации с мурлыками! Проулыбалась с момента, как их услышала, и до последней секунды. Время прошло, а теплая волна заливает душу каждый раз, как вспоминаю ее. Такое умиротворение, не передать словами!
Медитация бриллиантовая, не отпускает и после прослушивания, она не то, что растворяет негатив, а просто даже не допускает его, настолько мирно и тепло от нее, и хочется вести себя так, чтоб это состояние распространялось на все и всех вокруг.
ОМ Шанти, я бы, как в той песне, сметала пыль с Ваших ног за ту безмятежность, безтревожность и радость, что царят у меня в душе и сердце! Спасибо Вам до самой дальней звезды и обратно )
