How to harmonize your psyche through the ancient teaching of the Sixth Chakra? Balancing the Third Eye and stabilizing the emotional state.
Moving toward healthier head organs through concentration on the Sixth Chakra.
The bee breath mentioned in the video below is a voiced exhalation through the nose, when you sing (without opening your mouth) a sound like "Yyyyyy" or "Mmmmmm".
The main secret of bee breath is that the sound must be as low as possible! It really resembles the buzzing of a swarm of bees or simply a bee.
If you search online for the technique of performing Bhramari, you will see a common mistake—it is often demonstrated incorrectly, with a high-pitched buzz.
It should be low. The pitch must be very low. And not loud.
I would even say that this sound creates a MASSAGE of the brain. It feels like a physical massage of the head, as the entire head physically feels its effect.
I never took mudras seriously.
So what if you join your fingers in some way—what of it?
When I watched the video, I simply repeated the mudras the woman talked about, without suspecting anything or, even more so, expecting anything.
But when I performed the fourth mudra, Apana, it was as if a circuit had been completed, or some system had been switched on. It was like turning on an iron: you don’t know or see what is happening in the wires, but you see that the iron is heating up. That is what happened to me—I didn’t know or understand what was beginning to work or how, but movement immediately started in my lower back; my arms and legs began to stretch, and something began to heat up and move. But the most astonishing thing was that I couldn’t unclasp my fingers; they seemed to be magnetically stuck together, and I had to exert effort to pull them apart.
Nothing at all happened when I performed the other mudras.
When the video ended, I repeated the Apana mudra, and everything happened again.
It’s very surprising. I’ve been practicing for two days now, and the effect is always the same; I always have to force my fingers apart.
Very strange—and terribly fascinating.

Namaste
It was interesting to learn about the Agnisar breathing technique. It seemed to me that, both in its technique and its effect on the brain, it was somewhat similar to Kapalabhati, which the Teacher talked about when we took the intensive course on seeing Light with closed eyes. (Of course, there is also a difference—for example, in the speed of inhalations and exhalations.) And if we look at it more broadly and draw analogies, Kalab...hiti is a kind of combination of Agnisar and one of the asanas for Muladhara that Yogendra spoke about in the previous video.
Since I have continued practicing Kapalabhati daily since that intensive course, I can say from experience that the brain really “switches on” and is cleared of everything extraneous after this breathing practice. And you do not even need to breathe for long; habit has done its work: as soon as you begin the pranayama, the brain remembers how it feels, understands what Consciousness requires of it, and switches on by itself

Namaste. I noticed the similarity between Agnisar Pranayama and the Breath of Fire in Kundalini Yoga. The Breath of Fire is somewhat different from Kapalabhati. I will now add Agnisar Pranayama to my practice as well. Thank you, respected Teacher!
