Namaste!
Sergey Vasilyevich, thank you for such an interesting topic!
To be honest, while reading it, my energy centers became stirred up: the heart center and the one in the solar plexus. I felt a response—even a cry from the soul.
Please keep writing!
In the context of this topic, I don’t understand who I am. Or rather, I know from my actions, but I want to break free from this because it feels bad.
I know that I can.
I don’t know whether any of my close ancestors followed a non-killing diet. Certainly no one in my family did. I stopped eating meat in 2016. That was the year I discovered the Your Yoga website.
But I had to cook meat for my growing son. Yes, I really did wash my face with tears... and bought it and cooked it. The feelings were mixed. I have made, and continue to make, attempts to persuade my son—even if only to minimize his meat consumption somewhat (without magic). We have managed to achieve something.
Now he has been preparing his own food for more than a year...
The next step is to live separately. And not only because my son has grown up.
It is becoming difficult to interact with people, including those close to me. The overwhelming majority of them behave exactly as described above.
This is a difficult lesson for me.
