Today, something extremely interesting happened to me. Literally right after I had given you many techniques on KAY.
As usual, I was walking around the city of Oryol.
Sometimes I go into various supermarkets to buy something. I almost always walk everywhere.
And walking to some distant store is a kind of entertainment for me.
We have many runners; you can often see people running along the streets of Oryol. But I find it more interesting to walk somewhere than to run around aimlessly in circles

I was walking through the store. My gait is smooth but fast. I like moving with a straight back.
I walked up to some glass sliding doors.
You know, the kind they have in stores.
About ten people were crowded behind the doors. There was a corridor leading outside.
In other words, I was in the warm store, while they were out in the cold.
I approached, and the whole crowd looked at me expectantly.
The people were all different—some older, some younger.
They were looking straight at me, as if silently asking me for something
I thought, maybe I should run away while there was still time
Just kidding, of course.
But simply put yourself in my place. Ten people behind the glass, like fish, looking at you with some sort of plaintive, pleading, silent gaze... Behind glass, after all...
So I walked toward those sliding doors with my smooth, graceful gait. They opened.
And I heard an outburst of delight!
Everyone thanked me.
One woman even shouted very loudly, “Thank you, holy man!!!”
Of course, I smiled at them to show that I understood how amusing the situation had turned out. Something had broken with the motion sensor on their side.
But we all ended up as if in some kind of performance.
As if it had all been from a movie.
I kept wondering for a long time why she had said specifically “holy man.” There were so many other ways she could have put it.
And the people were perfectly ordinary. It was simply the first thing that came to her mind.
Although it really did look like a scene from a fairy tale.

I want to share my experience of how I see the wonderful influence of KEY on myself.
I underwent the initiation with certain problems, from which I was successfully cleansed during the initiation. But during the initiation, one of my long-standing problems also manifested itself in the form of tightness on the left side of my body, which could be felt especially strongly and painfully during periods of stress and low energy. It was mainly localized around Manipura. OM Shanti wrote to me during the initiation that it was connected with the maternal line of the Rod. Then, while drawing myself a bath one day, I thought that if I experienced such a pleasant effect on my face and eyes, I should try ozonating the bathwater. I did so immediately. While the water was becoming saturated with ozone, I decided to look up ozone baths online. In short, they can be very beneficial if there are no contraindications, and the contraindications are very serious. But I have none.
Having attained a certain level of purity after the KEY initiation, I also began using other techniques more often and generally started monitoring my energy level more responsibly.
And so, standing in the bathroom and breathing the pleasant, light scent of ozone produced by ozonating the water, I got the idea of charging the bathwater with
, which is a very strong and powerful technique.
Once I sat in the bath, I almost immediately began to feel its healing effect on myself, especially in the painful area around Manipura. Everything there began to unfold and fill, and then this pleasant effect spread through the channels connected with that area.
I think I may have developed gastritis, and that the pain was caused by it. One of the effects of ozone baths is the healing of gastritis.
I would also like to note that I think the main energetic effect actually came from charging the water with
, since during one of my subsequent ozone baths I forgot about it and added it only after I was already in the bath, which subsequently formed the basis for this conclusion.
