Scientific experiments were conducted by Japanese scientists at Kyoto University and the Tohoku Institute of Technology.
What was done:
The researchers placed people who were bare from the waist up in a completely dark room.
They sat there for 20 minutes.
During this time, the volunteers were filmed by a highly sensitive camera capable of detecting even individual photons. The filming was repeated every three hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
I would like to point out that this was not a Kirlian camera. It was ordinary filming, simply with a highly sensitive camera.
What did processing the images reveal?
That the human body glows in the visible (physical) spectrum. The glow is very faint—one thousand times less intense than the human eye can detect. But it exists!
We glow with different intensity at different times!

People emit the brightest light at 4 p.m., says one of the experimenters, Hitoshi Okamura of Kyoto University. Then the intensity decreases, but it still remains higher than in the morning. The face, eyes, and the area around the thyroid gland glow most intensely.
Masaki Kobayashi of the Tohoku Institute of Technology believes that the glow is connected with processes in the body. And someday, its “pattern” may make it possible to assess the condition of a particular organ—or even a person’s mental state. But that will come after the nature of the radiation and its relationship to various diseases become clearer. The research is still only at its beginning.
