I decided to create a pleasant healing meditation for you.
As you have already noticed, I do not always make meditations traditional, i.e. relaxing with calm music, such as Zen.

I understand very well that times have changed, and we need to realize that the brain of a modern person is structured somewhat differently. It is more attuned to faster rhythms.

That is why I have now created a meditation with a meditative melody that is more familiar to modern people.

OM Shanti, I am so grateful to you for these magical Healing Sounds!!!
I have listened to them more than once. Although the meditation lasts almost a full hour, I try to find a convenient time for it.
I have just listened again and was healed. I simply could not leave without sharing my review.
These Healing Sounds seem to restore the body to a healthy state, and all the organs begin to "rejoice" with happiness. I experience a state of happiness, joy, and ecstasy all at once. Not the ecstasy of the lower chakra, but in the chest. My breathing changes, with an audible exhalation; my body trembles and vibrates with rolling waves of energy, and my spine grows warm. But that is not what matters most.
These Healing Sounds activated the healing energy—my own—through the harmony of the organs. A kind of healing hormonal cocktail forms within the system.
I noticed the results of this meditation during KAY sessions.
Yesterday evening I listened to the meditation, and an hour or an hour and a half later I took part in a session. I felt the 40-year-old postoperative scar come alive, with something happening there; then the energy deepened in the area of the operation and worked wonders there.
I will continue listening and healing. 🩷

Thank you, OM Shanti. Today I felt drawn to listen to this Magical meditation again. I feel that some kind of process is taking place in my head; the upper part of my head grows warm while listening. But that is not the main thing: memories began to flow back—how, when we were young, my husband and I often performed as a duo like this; he played the accordion, and I sang for him. Everyone remembers different things, but perhaps it is the memories that bring a feeling of joy and happiness, and all thanks to the meditation. The sounds and instruments blend together so well, and that is wonderful!

Listening to this meditation in the morning gives you such a positive charge for the whole day. The vocalizing of the vowels seems to envelop you in energy and lift you above the ground. You start the day on a positive note
Although I sometimes listen to it after coming home from work. Then you get some kind of cleansing and restorative effect
It turns out to be suitable for every situation in life! Very original and unique!

Namaste, everyone! I thank the respected Teacher for this wonderful meditation! The music is very diverse and beautiful! I have always liked vocal practices. But this Meditation is simply Magical! I can feel how singing the sounds cleanses and fills me. Sometimes it seems to me that these are not just sounds, but a Prayer without words! After the Meditation, you feel joyful and peaceful! These truly are healing instruments and sounds!!!
