I really liked the meditation; I quickly entered the desired state, and immediately had a dream:
I am sitting on a bus, with two smartphones on my lap. They are not switched on yet—the screens are black. A tall guy comes up to me and asks to connect to my phones, supposedly because he needs to charge something. I agreed, and he connected his phone to mine with a cable, which, by the way, was white. Then I realized that he was downloading information. I ask him in surprise, “Why are you doing this?” He replied that they do this often, and not only to me—as if that is how it is supposed to be!
If I understand correctly, someone really does not want me to remember myself and my past lives.
Om Shanti, should I continue working with the meditation? This dream made me wary!

I liked it very much; it was unusual to observe how my brain tried to ignore the words in the background and concentrate on one thing. The immersion happened smoothly and imperceptibly. At some point, I felt that my body was relaxed and that my consciousness was not controlling what was happening but observing it. I can't describe anything specific because I fell asleep and woke up when the meditation started again) Next time I will try doing it in the morning. Could falling asleep be a natural protective mechanism of consciousness?

Yes, at first, for many people it may simply be sleep. After all, sleep is relaxation. Initially, meditation will simply give the nervous system and consciousness a chance to rest. Then some experience of remembering a past life may arise.
But it may also happen that something comes through in a dream.

Hello, Om Shanti. Thank you for the meditation. I listened to it just now, during the day, wearing a sleep mask over my eyes. From the first minutes, an intense, pleasant warmth arose, filling my whole body—my legs, back, and arms. Then there were images: first my husband, then my mother, and then my eldest daughter. Some pictures appeared, but I don’t remember them; they just slipped away… I wasn’t asleep, but I was in the state you experience when falling asleep, some kind of transitional state. There was strong pressure in the area of the third eye. I remember an image of a glowing sword; then I remember holding some kind of white ribbon or braid in my hands, with round metal rings with holes in them. I ran the braid through my fingers, pulling it like prayer beads. Then, toward the end of the meditation, there was a strong discharge throughout my body; my arms and legs jerked, as often happens when you begin to fall asleep.

С первых минут пошло сильное приятное тепло , наполняли все тело , ноги, спину руки . Потом были образы ,сначала муж, потом мама , потом дочка старшая . Шли какие то картинки , но я их не помню , вылетала …Я не спала , но было состояние которое испытываешь в момент засыпания , какое-то переходное . Было давление сильное в области ТГ. Повторно купила Медитацию.

Ещё был один опыт.

В нём присутствовал похожий на Египетский сюжет: женщина и мужчина, красивейший пейзаж рядом с Большими Пирамидами, сад из Роз, Замок с Арками, красивая Архитектура. Ощущения от увиденного: Покой, Красота, Знание. Одежды белые, синие, золотые.

Сегодня я снова сходила в Медитацию.

С лестницы шагнула в какую-то космическую Капсулу. Там в Зеркале дева в одежде космической из тончайшей бело-серебристой ткани. Неземное происхождение. В этой Капсуле просторно, огромное Окно, как иллюминатор, раз в 7 больше, чем эта дева. Она стояла и смотрела в Космос.
Покой полный. В этой Капсуле больше ничего и никого не было. Тишина и Пустота.

Очень хорошо себя чувствую после этого воспоминания. Этот Образ - как подсказка мне про 'Выход из Земных Игр' пришёл.

Все мои опыты в этой Медитации - прекрасны. И помогающие!

Сейчас я провела эту Медитацию, нужно было погрузиться по теме в рамках прохождения Интенсива освобождения от зависимостей.
И снова видела в ней Образ девы, что описывала в посте выше в этой теме. Она только не стояла, а сидела. Женское узнавалось только в вибрации и утончённости, а так это существо было похоже на сидящий силуэт в тончайшей непрозрачной одежде серебристого Лунного цвета. Оно в капсуле (как круглый мини-дом с большим окном-иллюминатором). Существо сидит и смотрит на звёзды, в тёмное сине-фиолетовое небо. Очень спокойно, тихо там было. И пусто, предметов капсуле немного: круглый ковёр, на котором сидело существо и слева что-то типа камина, там дрова и огонь. Возможно эта капсула находится на горе, здесь, на Земле.
