I bought this product from the store and liked it. While listening, I noticed an overall sense of peace and a reduction in inner dialogue, including after the session, as well as increased energy and a peculiar pulsation in the sixth and seventh chakras. The music does not seem grating to the ear; it is unusual, like a distant echo in the mountains. I realized for myself that it should be listened to in the first half of the day, since it is invigorating.

It is so convenient and accessible to listen on a phone through these apps, unlike the browser version. I miss Instant Evolution. But this constant busyness, especially before bed, when an extra four or five browser tabs somehow turn out to be decisive...

I really enjoyed “Instant Evolution 2.” It’s so great that you can listen to it on your phone while lying on the couch or even while sleeping in bed, and at the same time develop spiritually... Very convenient. I realized that after listening to “Instant Evolution 2,” I have more energy and confidence, and even when you close your eyes, you start to see something... especially in the alpha-theta state. You travel through your consciousness—or something else, I don’t know—and actually see the places where you want to be at that moment.
