MM – Peaceful Meditation

The more specific an energy meditation is, the more effective it is.
As I have been telling you for many years, problems need to be addressed at the level of their Cause. I will not name the Cause, because people are punished for this in our country.

Therefore, in this meditation, we will try to solve the problem at the level of the Cause.

Whatever it may be. It does not matter what this Cause is.

The meditation is simple:

For at least 10 minutes a day, imagine that there is some Evil—the root of the problems faced by peaceful people on Earth, the Cause of problems. And imagine this Cause in isolation, inside an energy sphere that isolates it from everything else.

This sphere is like a prison. We put this Evil in an energy prison.

We isolate this dark and negative force in eternal confinement.

We, the people of Earth, confine this Evil forever in an energy prison so that it stops killing, shooting, imprisoning, and tormenting people...

You may imagine this Cause specifically or in some abstract form, for example, as a dark energy mass.
