An amazing young planet with a beautiful name — J1407b

This young planet is only 16 million years old :)

It is called a super-Saturn.




As a rule, planets in space do not have names; they have numbers and designations.

It is Haumea.

The thing is, some Contactees claim that it is a huge spacecraft.

There is a scientific hypothesis that the planet Phaethon once existed where the Asteroid Belt is now located.

As a result of some precisely undetermined cause—probably a collision with another celestial body, such as an asteroid—the planet Phaethon broke apart into small pieces.

As a result of this impact, its core changed orbit and was drawn in by planet Earth. And now we see this core of planet Phaethon and call it the Moon. This explains why our Moon is so strange: because it is the core of a planet.

It is similar to removing the flesh from an avocado and finding a round, very hard, ringing stone inside.

All the “flesh” became the Asteroid Belt.

And Vesta and Ceres are probably large pieces of this “flesh.”

Over time, they became more rounded, weathered meteorites.

Thus, according to this theory, we can now see Phaethon in the form of the Moon (Phaethon’s core), Vesta, and Ceres.

In East Slavic mythology, the Evening Star is the embodiment of the evening dawn, sister (or brother) of the morning and midday dawns. In incantations and fairy tales, all three (or even four, together with the midnight dawn) were born on the same night. The Evening Star was born in the evening, hence its name. It is identified with Venus, the evening star.

Before sunrise, Venus was called Dennitsa, Poludennitsa, Zarnitsa, and the morning dawn. In legends, Dennitsa is the mother, daughter, or sister of the Sun, and the Moon’s lover, whom the Sun is jealous of. The shining Evening Star was called Zveryanitsa because when it appeared, animals would go hunting.
The Evening Star appears in the sky and shines brightly on the eve of Christmas (according to the old calendar), December 24, announcing the Sun’s entry into the constellation Sagittarius, which was considered the constellation of the god Perun. The Evening Star heralds the birth of the new Sun, which begins a new annual cycle with the winter solstice.
The ancient Slavs also called Venus the Chigir Star. According to one version found in many legends, it could foretell a person’s fate. Knowledgeable people would never set out on a journey or begin construction on days when the Chigir Star blazed brighter than the others, as this was considered an unlucky omen. The Poles called Venus Krasopani because it was brighter than all the stars.
Venus is a celestial body, a planet of the Solar System. The clouds surrounding Venus reflect sunlight, and Venus is surpassed in brightness only by the Sun and the Moon. The clouds create a greenhouse effect on Venus, and temperatures there reach almost 500 degrees Celsius.”

Venus – is the second planet from the Sun and the brightest object in the Earth’s sky after the Moon and the Sun. Its orbit lies inside Earth’s orbit, so it can be seen only in the morning or evening sky. The ancient Greeks regarded the planet as two different celestial bodies: Phosphorus (“Light-Bearer”) and Hesperus (“Evening Star”). Once it became clear that Venus—the morning and evening star—was one and the same, it was named after the Roman goddess of beauty and love.

A Venusian year lasts 224 days. It sets within 3–4 hours after sunset and rises 3–4 hours before morning. Once every 584 days, its distance from Earth decreases to 40 million km. During this period, the evening Venus can be seen clearly even through field binoculars.

Interesting fact: the second planet from the Sun is enveloped in a snow-white cloud cover consisting of droplets and crystals of sulfuric acid. These clouds reflect 70% of the sunlight. Thanks to this and its proximity to the star, evening and morning Venus can be seen so clearly in the sky.

Note: Venus is called the morning star in deference to tradition. In fact, it has nothing to do with self-luminous bodies made of gas and plasma.



The planet observed by people since ancient times, leaving evidence both in written sources and in earlier petroglyphs, is of course one of the most prominent and brightest planets in the firmament—Venus.

Different peoples called it by different names, among which the most common were the Morning Star and the Evening Star, because this unusual planet can sometimes be observed both in the morning and in the evening.

This year, too, we had the opportunity to see Venus both in the morning and in the evening from March 17 to 25 in central Russia: in Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, and Krasnoyarsk. This visibility of the planet is called “double visibility.” It is possible during inferior conjunctions of Venus, when the planet lies between Earth and the Sun at the same ecliptic longitude. At this moment, these celestial objects appear close together on the celestial sphere, somewhat like a “parade of planets.” There are two possible configurations: Venus may be above or below the Sun in the sky, since the planet’s orbit is inclined to the ecliptic by 3.4°. If Venus is above the Sun, it sets below the horizon later than the Sun and is visible in the evening. On these same days, however, it also rises before the Sun, while it is still relatively dark, so it can be seen early in the morning as well. This is a simple explanation of “double visibility.”

A more complex explanation, understandable to amateur astronomers, is provided by Mikhail Maslov, an engineer at NSU’s Vega Observatory:

This possibility arises because Venus appears visually noticeably above the ecliptic—the line in the sky that is the projection of the plane of Earth’s orbit. As a result, the inferior conjunction of Venus passes, as it were, “above the Sun” from the perspective of an observer on Earth, and the planet’s elongation does not decrease to nearly zero. Consequently, Venus rises above the horizon before the Sun, creating a period of morning visibility, and on that same day sets after the Sun, creating evening visibility as well. Thus, Venus can be seen both in the morning and in the evening on the same day.

It should be noted that this visibility is rather poor, since during conjunction with the Sun Venus is still quite close to it in the sky. Nevertheless, interested observers may try to record this phenomenon by observing Venus in the morning and evening, taking the necessary precautions because of the bright Sun at a small angular distance.


Venus can be observed in the evening immediately after sunset, low above the western horizon, and in the morning before sunrise, above the eastern horizon. These conditions recur every eight years. After March 25, we will be able to see Venus only in the mornings.

With a good telescope, even an amateur one, between March 17 and 25 both “night owls” in the evening and “early birds” in the morning could see changes in Venus’s phases and the “horns” of Venus. The tips of the “horns” are precisely signs of Venus’s atmosphere, which is very dense compared with Earth’s atmosphere.

The spring equinox occurred on March 20, when the lengths of day and night became equal and the amount of daylight began to increase. On the days of the spring and autumn equinoxes, the Sun is positioned exactly perpendicular to Earth’s equator; at that moment, both hemispheres of the planet are illuminated equally, and the length of daylight becomes equal to the length of night.
