The contest has barely ended: Announcement - Attention! New contest!
And the contest in the Ashram has barely begun: HERE.
Now let’s begin a new contest.

This one is unusual. And I will now explain everything in detail.

Many years ago, I created a practice for interpreting dreams. Some people understood it and already use it; others passed it by because it still required studying, practicing, and so on.
This practice is very different from many others, where I give a brief description, everything immediately becomes clear, and a person applies it at once and gets results.

Here, things were different. It literally required a long period of study.

I decided to make this practice more accessible. Therefore, everything will be structured; outdated material will be removed, and what needs to be added will be added. Everything will become clearer and more concise.

I will turn it into a new course. But before that, I will give you a book that will help you even more to become a specialist in dream interpretation.

In other words, there will be my book and my course.

I have many ideas for the course. It may even be on an entirely new platform, with lessons, assessments, new programs, and so on. It may even be called an Academy. That is, it will not be part of this School; it will be a new platform.

But before that, there will be a book. It will not be free.

So, here is the essence of the contest.

In this thread, you need to write about your experience and what you gained by studying dream interpretation according to my system. What it has given you, what you found interesting in it, and so on.

About 10 reviews that are included in the book and taken from this thread will win. This means that the winners will be given access to the book.

Essentially, they will read it first and for free.

And perhaps this will motivate someone—their review may appear in my book. Hundreds, and I think thousands, of readers will read it.

So, please write about your experiences. It will be useful for everyone, including you.

The contest is essentially planned to end when I finish writing the book. That should be in approximately 1–2 weeks.

Namaste!
Teacher, could you provide a link to the dream interpretation practice you created many years ago? Unfortunately, I somehow missed that event, so I realize I will no longer have time to study it and write a review. But I will at least take a look :)
I am eagerly awaiting your book and the new course!!! In my opinion, dreams are a wonderful and important topic that will never become outdated! 🙏 ✨

@8030, you can enter “Sergey Veretennikov’s dream book” in the search bar on the Your Yoga website.
I am delighted by the interpretations given by Om Shanti! So I will definitely write my review!
I have been waiting for the continuation of the interpretations for a very long time. And now the big day has arrived!
Thank you very much, Om Shanti!

8030 8030 , Your Yoga. The Practice of Dream Interpretation.

But you can wait for the book. Many people have been waiting for this moment for more than 10 years. I even mentioned on the website once that I was going to write such a book. But there was no time. And there is a lot of work.

What an amazing coincidence—I just entered the School with the intention of interpreting a strange dream I had this morning, in which I cut off a snake’s head and then extracted venom from its severed head—a full mug the color of molten gold—and now there’s a dream contest! I’m impressed!

I’ll be the first to share my review.

I discovered the OM Shanti dream book 7 years ago, and its unconventional interpretation of dreams really intrigued me.
Before that, dreams seemed somehow separate from me—they existed on their own, and I existed on my own. Sometimes I managed to understand and decipher dreams somehow, but it was always random and unsystematic.
But in this dream book, I saw a direct connection between dreams and myself. I was especially impressed by the idea that a house in a dream is me, and people in a dream are also me, and that, based on how I see all this in a dream, I can draw conclusions about the state of my body—not only physically—and my thoughts.
This knowledge makes me more perceptive, and it makes me honest with myself.
I also realized that our dreams are a conversation with our subconscious, and it is simply fascinating to observe the images through which it tries to convey the information we need.
And, of course, the practice of working through dreams is very helpful; first and foremost, it relieves emotional tension.
Since then, I have interpreted my dreams exclusively using the OM Shanti dream book, and I trust only this dream book. Of course, it isn’t enough for me, and I am always waiting for its continuation.
And now there’s a whole book!

Thank you!

The practice of interpreting dreams was one of the first practices that interested me on the Your Yoga website. I remember that time so well. I loved immersing myself in that mysterious world of dreams and studying the images that appear in them. Whenever I had free time, I would hurry to my computer to immerse myself in my studies. I eagerly read the interpretations given by OM Shanti, and each time I was amazed by how accurate, logical, and clear the Teacher’s interpretations were. I would think: “Of course! It’s so logical. How did I not realize it right away?”
At first, I was simply interested in understanding what certain images meant, but after some time, unexpectedly for myself, I began to perceive dreams differently. On the one hand, it was a mysterious process that, in fact, still has not been fully studied; but on the other hand, a dream is part of me—my subconscious, and therefore part of my consciousness. It has its own special language—the language of images. And if you learn to understand this language, you can understand yourself better. And that is very important. When I woke up, I would often already understand what a particular image meant and what my subconscious was trying to tell me.
In addition, this practice gave me the opportunity to hear and understand my Higher Self better, since it also has its own image. Depending on the plot of the dream, I understand what my Higher Self is trying to tell me—whether I may be doing something wrong or, conversely, when my Higher Self is pleased with me. And all of this is very important information.
Besides the practical benefits, I would like to say that I enjoyed reading it immensely and reread the practice more than once. It is easy and interesting to read, like an engaging book.

Dreams...
Often, people simply dismiss what they see in dreams, attributing dreams, for example, to states of physical fatigue. And to some extent they are right, because when our physical body becomes tired, the subconscious takes the stage, trying to convey information to us about what we are unable to understand in the material world; it resembles clairvoyance. No, it is clairvoyance! It is like a portal between worlds, the tangible
and the spiritual. I know that many people engaged in self-development simply strive very much to make contact with the Higher Self. They use very different and complex practices and techniques without realizing that, in fact, they always have this connection! Every night, as soon as we fall asleep, we make contact with our subconscious!
Everything I have written above was not always known to me! This knowledge came to me only after I became acquainted with “Sergey Veretennikov’s dream book” and began actively practicing dream interpretation. Understanding came with practice. At first I learned to interpret the images through which my subconscious spoke to me; then these images became increasingly clear to me, and dreams began to take the form of conversations with a spiritual teacher. What I consider very important in the practice of dream interpretation is that these practices lead to a very deep awareness, and in my view this is the most interesting, fastest, and most mystical path!
I would also like to add that, while practicing with Sergey Veretennikov’s dream book, over time I noticed that I could order dreams. That is, I go to sleep and make a request, for example, about the state of my health, and I see a dream that vividly and directly, according to the dream book’s interpretations, shows me what is happening in my energy bodies. This means that I am heard and helped on the other side!
I am very grateful to Om Shanti for such magnificent, amazingly interesting practices that produce truly astonishing results!

Until I became acquainted with Om Shanti’s dream interpretation practice, my dreams seemed to “pass me by.” I constantly tried to understand the deeper meaning of my dreams, consulting various dream books on the internet, but something was always missing.
Then I was lucky: Om Shanti began conducting the “Working with Dreams” course at the Shantaram Ashram. That was when I realized that everything I had been doing to interpret my dreams was completely wrong. I managed to “read” my dreams in a new way and better understand the “language of dreams.” The most important thing I understood was that, when interpreting dreams, it is always necessary to consider the dream as a whole; nothing should be taken out of context and examined separately. Therefore, a dream must be remembered well, down to the smallest details. And of course, the ability to interpret dreams does not come on its own—you definitely need practice.
Om Shanti offers her own method for interpreting dreams, which you will not find anywhere else on the internet.
This practice enabled me to learn to understand my dreams better and realize that a dream is an excellent tool for self-knowledge!

Namaste!
Dreams have always been a meaningful part of my life. Every time I fell asleep, it felt as though I were traveling through other, unexplored worlds. At times, I saw upcoming events in my dreams that later happened in my life in a remarkably accurate way. I often felt that I was truly awake in my dreams, while upon waking in life, I found myself seeing an intricate dream.)
Sometimes, when I recalled a dream in the morning, I clearly understood that it was actually guidance—a lesson intended to provide new knowledge. To bring important, meaningful information to my awareness. To show me a new way of solving life’s challenges.
To interpret such dreams, I used explanations from well-known dream dictionaries as a basis. These dream dictionaries often gave completely contradictory information, confusing me even more and leaving me with a general sense of ambiguity and incompleteness. I felt that some dreams simply could not be understood or comprehended, and so at times it was easier just to dismiss them.

After becoming acquainted with the OM Shanti dream dictionary, I gradually began to realize that the world of dreams is the world of our higher consciousness, speaking to us in its own special language—the language of images and feelings, symbols and signs. A world with its own laws and rules.
Thanks to the OM Shanti dream dictionary, I came to understand that in dreams our consciousness is free from limiting boundaries. It becomes more receptive and more aware. It is a friend that seeks to help us with any difficulties, warn us of possible mistakes, and advise and guide us onto the right path.

While studying the dream dictionary on the Your Yoga website, I began to learn about a unified system for interpreting dreams, a completely new way of deciphering them.
The OM Shanti interpretation system consists of a coherent, integral structure aimed at providing the most complete, accurate, and clear interpretation of the essence of the entire dream. It is distinguished by its detailed and unique decoding of key meanings and symbols. The system helps us learn the language of our higher consciousness and use all its guidance for our benefit—for our spiritual growth and development. The word “dream” is so similar to the word “clairvoyance.” I am sure that an in-depth study of the OM Shanti interpretation system will help us develop clairvoyant abilities both in dreams and while awake.
The OM Shanti dream dictionary teaches us to pay attention to every fragment of a dream, including those parts that sometimes seem insignificant.
One section of the dream dictionary is devoted to the feelings experienced during dreams. As it turns out, this is just as important as the visible part of the dream, which is the easiest to remember.

I found a great deal of interesting and informative material for myself in the Your Yoga website section where the Teacher provides examples of interpreting practitioners’ dreams.
It turned out that dream interpretation is a special art that unites the images of our higher consciousness into a single whole.
The OM Shanti dream dictionary and examples of the author’s dream interpretations help us master this art and are, in essence, an amazing and unique practice for learning to interact with our own special, inimitable inner world.

There are a great many ideas for the course. It may even be that the course will be on an entirely new platform, with lessons, assessments, new programs... It may even be called an Academy. That is, it will not be part of this School; it will be a new platform.
Om Shanti, this information has been on my mind for a week already. I understand that dreams are one of my strengths, and that to start doing something very well, you need to develop your strengths—and that is where you can become a specialist.
Om Shanti, I have a question: how soon are you planning to open the Academy?
The word “Academy” itself fills me with tremendous excitement; so many thoughts are spinning around in my head about what it will be like!?
Interestingly, among all my thoughts about how and what the Academy will be, I also had the thought of hypnosis, or regressive hypnosis. That would be wonderful!

Everything there will be focused down to the smallest detail on achieving results. It will include practically every kind of learning tool. Over time, I also plan to incorporate animated videos, audio series, and VR technologies into the learning process (many people know these from 3D videos with the effect of complete immersion in 3D).
The Academy will also make it possible to reach a broader audience.
At the Ashram and in the School, our approach is more like being at home—warm and cozy :)
The Academy will be practically an educational platform only.

The contest continues.

And I have some news. I’m posting the book cover. And I’d like to remind you that you still have time to receive the book not only among the first readers, but also for free.

Namaste! OM Shanti, thank you for this magical practice! I use it every day and reflect on the images from my dreams.

Everyone should become familiar with this dream interpretation practice, regardless of their level or beliefs. Why? Imagine that half of your life—or more for some people, less for others—is spent dreaming in an even more unconscious state than when you are awake. You see some hazy images, sometimes amusing and interesting, sometimes frightening or exhausting, but almost always, by morning, they become even more distant and incomprehensible. After becoming familiar with the dream book, however, your dreams become filled with meaning. This practice is like a cipher for a code. The flow of information turns into conscious images that are personally clear to you. It may take time, but in my case, on the very first night after I studied the dream book, I had a completely understandable dream that I was able to decipher almost entirely. Moreover, I had the feeling that the dreams I see adapt in such a way that I can decipher them with the help of the dream book. And most astonishingly, in connection with one of the dreams, I had a thought-feeling that the Higher Forces helping us were pleased. Something like: "At last, she will be able to understand what we are telling her." It may sound immodest, but the thought was so strong and had clearly come from outside me.

This practice settles so easily into the subconscious and is so intuitive that every morning after waking up, I recall my dream and try to decipher it. Of course, it is very important to get enough sleep, maintain good sleep hygiene, and set the intention before bed to see clear images; then the images themselves will be brighter and easier to understand. Of course, it does not always work that way for me. Sometimes I go a very long time without seeing clear, distinct images and simply forget everything as soon as I wake up; it all depends on my physical and psychological state.

Another interesting point: when I was studying the dream book intensively, I had of course read it more than once, and all my close ones began telling me their dreams. I had not told them that I was studying it—I simply had not had time—but they themselves would say, "Oh, I had such an interesting dream today," and start sharing. In other words, such a powerful flow of information began that it affected everyone around me.

Of course, it is impossible to describe all the interesting dreams I have had since then, but I will say only that, besides ordinary and everyday ones, there were also mystical encounters and magical journeys. This practice definitely opens and tunes a new channel for discovering the world and oneself.

At this point, the book has been written. But it needs editing, especially the section containing interpretations of real dreams, so that it will be as convenient as possible to read.

Moreover, the book will be interactive. I even composed special binaural music specifically for this book. You will be able to listen to music, watch videos, and follow important links...
There will be exercises, practices, independent assessments of the results, charts and diagrams...

Let me tell you about a dream my 18-year-old son had today.
It was precisely thanks to the OM Shanti dream dictionary that I was able to interpret it, and the dream made a strong impression on me.
A little about my son—he is mysterious, unusual, and incomprehensible to those around him. By the way, according to the factual Astrology taught at the OM Shanti school, Neptune predominates in his chart (88.5%).
The dream:
He says that he dreamed he had gone blind and could see nothing. Naturally, panic overcame him, and then he dreamed that he woke up (!) and could see everything in 8K. He went up to the mirror and saw that his eyes looked strange. Then either he heard a voice, or someone he could not make out told him: it is now the year 2040, and cameras connected to his brain by some kind of wires had been inserted in place of his eyes.

I interpreted it only as meaning that perhaps, precisely in 2040, clairvoyance will open up for him after he awakens.

The OM Shanti dream dictionary is fundamentally different from everything I had previously read about dreams. I discovered this practice many years ago, as soon as it was published, and since then I have enthusiastically used it to diagnose my own condition, as well as that of my loved ones. It is the first coherent system of dream interpretation and the workings of our subconscious to appear online—exceptionally clear, consistent, and detailed in its description of the inner processes taking place within an individual on different levels. Before that, many people, myself included, believed that different people had their own unique series of associations. But it turned out that people’s subconscious minds appeal to the same images; the only difference lies in the details.

For example, I used to dream about snakes and caves quite often, and I could not understand what it all meant, because other dream dictionaries say all sorts of things about snakes. But it turned out to be much more interesting: a snake is a symbol of energy, while a cave is the place where kundalini resides. And indeed, I noticed that after such dreams I felt heat around my tailbone, which further confirms the accuracy of this dream dictionary’s interpretation. With its help, one can easily identify disturbances in the functioning of the chakras or problems in the physical body, the activity of one’s higher aspects, and much more. It is simply a guide to the inner cosmos.

Now, after each dream, I clearly understand what requires further work—or, conversely, in what ways I have improved.

I have always dreamed. Since a very early age.
Nowadays, the plots are often similar; the imagery varies.

I dream about school extremely rarely. But now I already know what it means, even in the dream.
Most often, the school plots are very similar.

I come back to school (or am sent there), although I clearly remember that I graduated and passed all my exams. But I know that I have to study again. The school itself is different. I always see empty, dirty classrooms, and lots of people who are generally present throughout the school, milling around in the corridors waiting for lessons. I often enter a classroom where a lesson is taking place; everyone is sitting there, but I know it is not my lesson. Occasionally I dream that I am going to a lesson with my class; it is difficult and exhausting, and then there is the next one. Sometimes I cannot find the classroom for a long time. I know that while I was looking for my class, the lesson has already ended and I will get a failing grade. There are many strange floors, lots of staircases and passages, and difficulties moving around inside the school. Most often, what I do at school is fly up and down the staircases instead of walking, or fly through the corridors and communicate with someone.
Once I dreamed that I was rebelling and not going to lessons because I clearly remembered that I had graduated from school. I rushed through the corridors looking for an exit. The corridors were endless, intertwined and constantly changing. I opened doors, thinking they were exits, but they led only to classrooms where lessons were taking place, empty classrooms, or new passages. And then I saw myself running down a corridor and finally saw the actual exit: wide-open doors, nature outside at last, and sunshine. I looked forward to breaking free. I had already reached the very exit; the sun was shining on my chest and face, and there was grass everywhere outside. Only one final step remained. I lifted my foot over the threshold, and then servants appeared on both sides of the wide doors, tripped me up and struck me on the head, knocking me unconscious. They tied me up and carried me back inside. Their dialogue was: “She wants to escape from school. You can’t escape from here until they give permission. You won’t leave until you pass everything. Take her back.” They carried me away from the exit. Losing consciousness, I cried out in protest at the injustice and resigned myself to the inevitable. At that moment, I understood that since they would not let me out anyway, I had to take all the required lessons and learn everything they demanded, and then they would definitely let me out.

There was also one dream about Mahapurna School.
I knew for certain that I was in that school. The entire school looked as though it had been built inside a cave, carved into a mountain. There were no windows at all. The corridors and ceilings had an uneven texture and rounded tops. The walls were painted in shades of blue. The lower the staircases led, the darker and grayer the walls became. Everything was clean, like an operating room. Water flowed everywhere along the floors and corridors: in some places, it was only a thin stream beside the wall; in others, a thin layer covered the entire passage. There was clean water on the floors of the classrooms too, but I did not feel damp or have wet feet.
There were almost no corridors, because nearly everything consisted of staircases or classroom doors. I walked around and looked into the classrooms. Sometimes they were empty, but there was still a feeling that the process was underway. I encountered only a few people in the corridors. One was leaving. “I didn’t understand anything. What can anyone learn here?! Where are they teaching?” — “Everywhere…” I spread my hands and continued on. After descending a staircase, down and down into a semi-basement, I saw a large crowd of students gathered in one of the classrooms. Some were sitting on the steps all along the staircase. I remembered that I definitely had not passed this subject. Although, for some reason, the teacher seemed familiar to me. After barely squeezing through, I approached the teacher and jokingly asked, “Will you give me a pass automatically?! I’m in a hurry. I need to run over there now,” and nodded upward. The teacher looked at me with a smile, recognized me and said, “You, Yana, come later, and we will definitely work through this subject, and you will pass it yourself.” He said it kindly, like a father. At that moment, I realized that the subject was not frightening and that I would understand it; the teacher would help me. The only unpleasant thing was that there were so many students, and it would be a long time before my turn came. And I ran. I really needed to get upstairs. The logic of the staircases was clear and simple. You chose an upward direction and moved; some intersected and led into one another. I simply went up. Then I ran. Sometimes I flew above the staircase. I really needed to get there. Then I ran out of strength. And suddenly the corridors ended. The place became like a vast airport space without a ceiling. Yet there was absolutely no one there. Light appeared everywhere, as if I had emerged from the basements and come upstairs. There were no visible walls or ceiling. There was only a staircase in front of me. The steps became very small, about the width of a palm. I could not see anything because there was only an almost vertical staircase directly ahead, and I had to climb higher. Everything most interesting was up above, higher. I was extremely tired and began crawling because it was impossible to climb, and I no longer had the strength. The staircase became increasingly steep, and the steps pointed in different directions relative to one another. Finally, I stopped, gripping the projections with my hands, and awkwardly settled myself so as not to fall. I had no strength left. It is very difficult to describe what I saw. I managed to see only a tiny edge of it, far above in the distance. “There is the real world, real life. Om Shanti—it is there. THEY are there,” I thought in the dream. It was a feeling of knowing. There was true vastness there, something unimaginably beautiful, lots of sunlight and greenery. I cannot properly describe who THEY were; I only knew that they were real, great, radiant, righteous, wise, strong and worthy. Not quite human—more like teachers, heavenly beings, the chosen ones. There were no walls or ceilings there; there were THEY, the sun, vastness, love and purity—the real life.
I clung to the step and understood that I could not move even a millimeter farther. My strength had left me. “The main thing is not to fall down; I have to hold on with all my strength. I have seen what makes it worth overcoming myself. The only meaning is to get there”—with this thought, the dream ended.

I have always used dream dictionaries; when I was a child, we had an old handwritten one at home. I discovered the dream dictionary on the Your Yoga website in 2017. Its logic is intuitively simple and clear, and it often happens that during a dream, somewhere in the background, I already understand what the dream is really about.
Once, looking at myself in a mirror in a dream, I saw tiny hairs beginning to grow all over my head, very thick, like an undercoat. In the dream itself, I was happy that my hair was growing and would become very thick, while in the background I thought, “My energy is improving a little.”
If I fly in a dream as part of the plot, I understand in the background: my energy is normal.
Dreams about school are lessons that need to be completed in this life. The reluctance to study and go through the lessons is understandable; it is not easy. But that very feeling in the dream—freedom just one step away, and the firm understanding that they will not let me out until I learn—provides very clear images that bring acceptance and understanding of the processes in real life: the lessons need to be learned and passed.

While describing the dreams, I realized that the very process of thinking about dreams and interpreting them leads one to consider where and what problems exist in life and in the body. It is so simple.

The book will most likely be released by the end of the month.

It is only loosely called a book; it is more of a textbook at an academic level, since the product is part of my future Academy.

Another week and it will be released. Only the technical details remain.

The book will cost around 3,500 rubles. It is an interactive training book, not an ordinary book.

Those who have practiced using my method and have not yet taken part in the contest may still have time. As already mentioned, it can be obtained for free.

  1. I worked on the book for more than a month.
  2. It contains an analysis of 20 years of work, systematized and transformed into convenient practical training.
  3. I myself have been practicing this method since the 1990s.

Therefore, you can see that this is not just some book in PDF format. You will actually have to practice and study. But in the end, you will achieve results rather than having yet another “book on the shelf or in your collection.”

Dreams are a way of contacting our unconscious side. A part of ourselves. They are a kind of language—and, of course, a symbolic one. The question is how to make dreams a source of information and a method of self-knowledge, rather than simply something random that happens and is then forgotten. The thing is, the images that arise in our dreams have a logic. A very distinctive kind of logic. We should not take it as scientific logic, but there is some sequence, some cause-and-effect relationship. This dream dictionary helps us understand it.
The interpretation algorithm in Veretennikov's dream dictionary is very easy to remember because it is intuitive. It seems almost natural to a person. As you read the descriptions of the images, thoughts arise: “Indeed,” “Exactly,” “That makes sense,” “How did I not figure that out myself?” and so on. Most importantly, it really does give you a certain clarity. Of course, different dreams can vary in how easy they are to understand. But almost everyone has had some very vivid, intense dream that seemed so real that they could even wake up from the physical sensations in it. Such a dream is not forgotten for many months or even years. And it seems that there is something important in it. But what? I think that in such a case, this dream dictionary will definitely help you.
Thanks to this dream dictionary, I understood what to pay attention to when interpreting dreams and, essentially, how to interpret certain signs and images. This system is so simple and clear that the method of interpretation becomes intuitive. You wake up, recall the dream, and immediately understand everything—or at least some of the things the dream meant to you. And if you forget something from the interpretations, it is easy to look it up and remember.
I dreamed that the wind was carrying me away, that I was drowning; I dreamed of high-rise buildings and climbing them, different apartments, cars, various situations involving my parents, familiar and unfamiliar animals, and so on. And even that notorious dream about losing teeth—which, incidentally, is interpreted differently in this dream dictionary from the way it is commonly understood. I found an explanation for all of it.

It is even surprising how simple and logical this method is, while at the same time being unique.

With gratitude to you,
OM Shanti.
