On 14.10.21, I started playing the “Change Your Life” Game in Mahapurna. My post is here: Game — Game: Change Your Life.
Before the Game, I could never achieve consistency in my personal challenge, “life without using the elevator” (without going to extremes, of course—if I suddenly need to carry something very heavy upstairs, I will use it). I saw many benefits in this. And once I played, everything fell wonderfully into place: the targeted energy came through playing the Game at the School. I have now been practicing walking up to a fairly high floor for more than 21 days, even carrying small loads. I have started breathing a little differently, my legs have naturally become stronger, and each time it gets better and easier to climb “Annapurna”—it provides both cardio and physical exercise. I have also started combining going up and down with lightly cleaning the staircase (if I happen to encounter something on the way, I clear a path for myself in every sense), and I strengthened the practice by adding the Your Yoga Practice “Silver Nails.” Most importantly, all this training happens as part of everyday life, without setting aside any extra time.
Thank you for the Game, Teacher!

By the way, I made a typo in the post: at first I wrote, “Climbing Mahapurna.”
Or maybe it wasn’t a typo after all. In a sense, I am climbing Mahapurna too. )
