Experience of Astral Projection

I have already shared my experiences of astral projection on the Your Yoga website, in the Ashram. I may write something more here. You are also welcome to share your experiences.

In recent years, I have most often projected through a downward fall. That is, the physical body lies still while the astral body descends.

Literally during the night of the Krishna Janmashtami festival (August 30, 2021), I had the following experience:

As usual, I "fell" downward through the physical body.
I became aware of myself in the astral body. You understand—it is a kind of extraordinary freedom, flight, and so on.
Usually, after separating from the physical body, there is some time to think about what to do, where to fly...

And then, driven by some special curiosity and the possibility of learning anything while suspended in a somewhat undefined and, by all sensations, boundless space, I declared to Space something like: "I want to see God right now! To be beside Him!"

A huge figure of some kind began to take shape against the background of something resembling the sun.

And as soon as it manifested for a moment, I immediately found myself sharply back in the physical body. I know myself by now, so I know that whenever I reach something "forbidden" in the Astral, I am abruptly sent back into the body.

I tried to create an image and remotely reproduce what happened in it:

Interestingly, it was similar to what I talk about in the Ra fields regarding RA. For example—HERE.
Perhaps this image will hold special significance for someone. Personally, it gives me pleasant feelings of ENCOUNTER. And this is not something I read somewhere; it is something I personally saw.

Веретенников Сергей , I had a similar experience, and I kept it to myself for a long time because I understood that many people would not understand it, would take it for something I had made up, or think that I had read or watched something somewhere and decided to write something of my own. I really did not want my experience to be tainted by other people's thoughts of disbelief. I felt a very strong need to protect what was dear and personal to me.
But with you, Om Shanti, I think I can write about it, because I know that you will protect it.
It happened a long time ago, when there was only the Your Yoga website; I was just beginning to explore it at the time.
And then one day I came across the video program SSSP&NLSK. You have to watch it using stereoscopic vision, which I did not know how to do then, but, incidentally, I learned very quickly. Now I understand that this kind of viewing develops T.G., but at the time I was simply fascinated by it—something unusual and mysterious!
I no longer remember exactly what I entered in the text; it was one of the texts provided by the teacher. I remember there were phrases such as “God is with me, the Angels are with me...”
And after watching the program yet again, I suddenly felt overwhelmingly sleepy—so sleepy that I could barely make it to my bed. As soon as I lay down, I was immediately switched off.
At that point, I had no idea what the astral plane was!
I will try to describe what it was like:
I think everyone has watched “Star Wars.” There is a moment when a spaceship launches at supersonic speed. That is how I launched, too, except the stars were not white but multicolored, extremely bright, in all the colors of the rainbow (very similar to the beginning of the tuning session in a T.G. webinar). I flew through those stars at tremendous speed. Then the speed began to decrease, and I seemed to hang suspended in space. The stars continued moving, but no longer as quickly; they flowed smoothly around my body, while I seemed to stand in that cosmic space and look into the distance, toward the point where the stars converged into one. And at some point, a human figure began to emerge at that point (which was incredibly bright). It was clear that the figure was male, but I could see it only as a shadow. I tried to make out his face, but the bright light prevented me from seeing his features.
He simply stood in that light!
Then I woke up abruptly. My heart was pounding so hard it felt as if it would leap out of my chest. When it finally calmed down, my stunned mind cried out, “WHAT WAS THAT?”
